I understand that the property owner is in the process of selling his vacation rental, however, as long as he is currently renting it he has a responsibility to ensure that his paying guests are cared for when things go wrong. We arrived to the house being 86 degrees. The ordeal that we had to go through would require more space than I am able to type. The floors were filthy, showers had hair and trash from previous guests, there was a balled up comforter on one of the beds, obviously from the previous guests. We were told the place had been cleaned. If it was, it was not to an acceptable standard at all. Hopefully the new owners will do a better job.
