We had a great stay. There were a lot of things broken in the house. The shelves holding up the cable boxes were hanging off the walls in one of the bedrooms, a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms. The house was Very clean, for the most part with only some minor things that I would consider needing to be cleaned. Such as the ice maker. The bathrooms were not all in working order. The basement master’s bathroom constantly had to be plundged out, after every use. (Kids has to be reminded not to use) upon arrrival I was told that I wii I do be able to get In with a code, which was Incorrect, I had to drive back to back to the rental facility to pick up keys for the house. They dropped off a new grill which was nice, when we used it, it immediately ran out of propane. I called to inquire about more propane and was advised that they would bring up more. After an hour of waiting we finished cooking our dinner on charcoal. I ended up taking the tank to the rental place myself to exchange as they never came by to do the exchange. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and cozy. Filled and stocked with most kitchen appliances. There is no meat tenderizer (in case you may need one)! Haha but it has almost everything else! Both style coffee pots! Which was very convenient! A tv in every bedroom! The pool was beautiful, and the hot tub was great. The privacy was amazing , and the view of the ocean was amazing! The short walk to the ocean was perfect. Waking up to the smell of the ocean everyday was phenomenal! I would stay in the exact same location again, just maybe a different house. I got a nail in my tire from the nails falling out of the siding and pool surround and had to plug my brand new tires.
