Your primary living space is on the lower level, offering a spacious living area, sparkling new kitchen, and three bedrooms. Anyone will enjoy cooking in kitchen, whether you're a chef or just want to whip up something simple for your family. It is stocked with all the supplies you will need, so you can easily enjoy meals together in the dining area. There are three bedrooms on this level as well; two queen bedrooms, and a twin bedroom. Two full bathrooms round out this level, ensuring convenience for everyone.



Upstairs boasts two additional bedrooms! The queen bedroom has direct access to a shared bathroom, while the bunk room can access it from the hall. There's a shuffleboard table in the loft, which is fun for your more competitive family members! Curl up with a good book or settle in for a movie night in the living area, with all new furnishings and details.



Outside, take a stroll around the nearby lake, or head straight to the beach which is an easy walk away. Nearby athletic courts are available for pickleball or tennis. Multiple levels of decks offer a great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sunshine, or a meal al fresco in the salt air. There's an outdoor shower to help keep the home comfortably sand free during your stay, and parking for up to 5 vehicles.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.
