Pictures of properties should really be updated on a yearly basis. Although storms happened up until our stay and a few days in the beginning. Pool area had so much sand around it was like a second beach. Inside of the house hasn't been cleaned well in who knows how long. Copious amounts dust on fans, lighting fixtures etc. The return vent filter on the HVAC sytem looked like it hadn't been changed in over two years or more. This property has a beautiful view of the ocean but it is not lovingly restored or kept up properly. The top floor sliding glass door leaks water into the home so badly the carpet gets wet up to a 3' radius around door and water damage is visable through ceiling to the main floor with kitchen. Grill made available is so rusty I wouldn't use it. Hot tub was nice but I was told the amount of sand visable in picture included is normal. Property management did send someone out to clean pool but no one is cleaning the errant sand from pool, walkways, outdoor showers or parking area under house on a regular basis. Would not rent this property or from this property management group again. Communication was good for check in and check out. However, no one is properly maintaining this rental home.
