Some parts were great
We had a great vacation in this house. There was room for all 16 of us, although we had to do some planning around who went in what rooms since they were a little oddly set up for the numbers/groups we had). The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The upstairs level was where most of spent our time, both inside and outside. The amenities were great and easy to use. We used the bikes, kayaks and corn hole items that we ordered. That delivery was easy. The water on the sound got a little stinky and that made sitting out right by the water a little challenging, but once you got out on the water that smell wasn't there. It was too hot for the hot tub, but a few people got in at night and it would have been nice if it were cooler. Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The beach was a short walk (10 minutes) once we found the "short cut." The sign was small and at the back of a cul de sac so it took us a minute.
Our biggest frustration was the cleanliness of the house. The cleaners arrived as we were supposed to check in, we wiped down the counters and fridge, the bunk beds were not fully made and we had to spend an hour vacuuming spiders, bugs and webs that had been there for awhile as they were covered in dust. Bowls of food were found in some drawers in bedrooms.
However, when the air conditioner on the second floor wasn't working, that was fixed right away!
