Clean, comfortable and in the heart of Corolla Village. Our family enjoyed the quiet location, a short stroll to the beach and the shops and eateries of the Village. An incredible value, especially for our off-season stay. The new hot tub was a hit. Will stay again!

The house was beautiful, clean, good location, everything was just as advertised. The owner was most gracious, stayed in contact to make sure we were comfortable. This is the first time I've experienced an owner to be so gracious and show so much concern. I felt so relaxed and "right at home." I needed R&R, and I'm so happy I chose this location. I would come again and again.

The house was cleaner than most beach houses I have been too and it had a fantastic pool and hot tub. The rrooms were really nice and two had an adjoining bathroom. the owner provided a document that provided everything you would need to know about the house and the area. The beach was just down a dirt road that was only traveled by those on the road and the beach was never really crowded and it was very clean. Not great for finding sea shells or sharks teeth but no rocks or anything but soft sand and even very little sea weed. pretty much only saw some a time or two over the week. The waves were great for boogie boarding. You are on the ouskirts of town so no heavy traffic but close enough to stores and grocery stores only a few miles down the road. Ihave been coming to the outer banks for probably 12 years maybe more and this was the nicest one we stayed at todate.

So nice and relaxing

We stayed here with almost our entire family and we all had an amazing time! This is a beautiful house and walking distance to the beach was very nice. Sue was great at communicating everything to us and so friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely book here again in the future.

Perfect beach week

We enjoyed a wonderful family beach week at this lovely home. The house is exactly as described. It was fully stocked - you don’t need to bring any kitchen items! The beach is a short walk away. My family really loved having a pool in the back yard. Susan was amazing leading up to our trip - communication was over and beyond.Highly recommend !!

Tranquil Escape

Property was beautiful, roomy, clean, and relaxing. Loved relaxing at the private pool and how low traffic the road is. Convenient to beach access and historic Corolla. Beach was spacious and allowed common sightings of beach creatures like crabs. We swam with dolphins and sting rays every day at the ocean as they frequent this shore.

We loved our stay! Well appointed kitchen, home very clean! Love having my coffee on the front porch in the morning. Perfect size home for 5 adults and 2 grand children. Susan was wonderful to deal with. Very responsive with every question I had.

Great vacation for family

We had a great time as a family of 10 ranging in age of 2-72. The house was nice and very clean. Kitchen supplies, linens, and beach equipment was plentiful. Susan was very kind and helpful.

Family Get-Away

We got the family together for my mom’s 70th birthday and everything (other than the weather) was perfect. 8 adults 5 kids (ages 3-9). Plenty of room for everyone, each floor had a living area which allowed everyone space to hang out or get away. Walk to the beach was about 10 minutes with the little ones but the beach cart carried all of our stuff! Our host was very communicative and wonderful to work with! Definitely recommend!

Gorgeous property and location

Property is well taken care of and relatively new. Living space is adequate for the number of people however the dining area is a bit crowded with furniture. Kitchen supplies, beach supplies, linens, lighting are plentiful

Great for family and friends

Great location and nice property for a friends and family vacation (fit 14 comfortably). Short walk to Beer Garden. Short walk to ice cream store. Short walk to Corolla pizza. Walk to the beach was short as well. Sue was incredible! Communication was outstanding! Recommend to everyone!

Week at the beach

We spent a wonderful week at this house in a great location in Corolla. Except for a couple of trips to miniature golf with the grandchildren, I could have parked my car for the week as a top notch coffee shop, a convenience store, a bookstore and a beer garden are all within walking distance. Short walk to the beach and pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Susan is exceedingly responsive to any questions we had. We've rented a lot of beach houses over the years(primarily at the Jersey Shore) and all agreed this was the best trip yet!

Fun family place

Nice place to stay. On a quieter private road on the far north end of the island. Little bit of a walk to the beach but not bad at all. Was really nice to have a pool all to ourselves for the kids. Host was very helpful as well. Only (small) suggestion maybe pave or more gravel/stone in wash off area so more debris doesn’t stir up on items when ground gets wet. Otherwise great stay, great location.

Impressive OBX house

My family had a wonderful time at this house in OBX. Everything in the listing is accurate. The house is well stocked and clean. Short walk to the beautiful and clean North Carolina beaches. The pool was appreciated by all of us as well. Everything is top notch. Corolla is in a quieter area of the OBX and that makes things that much better.Working with Sue was an absolute delight. She made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Wonderful house and location!

This is a wonderful home in the beautiful town of Corolla. Well stocked kitchen, great layout, cozy beds…. Everything you need for a fun family getaway. Paid a little extra to have the pool heated and that was the best, especially in May. Susan the manager was always available, helpful and kind. What a dear. You won’t regret your stay here.

Great house. Walking distance to beach and close proximity to anything we needed. Host Sue was incredible with her communication and quick responses. Loved the kitchen, hot tub and pool. Old Corolla village/light house and stores were across the street, and a must see.

Great location on private road

We loved being within walking distance to the Ocean, Sound and Historic Corolla Village for coffee, pizza, cold beverages and food! Susan was great communicator before and during trip. The house was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Plenty of beach equipment, including a cart, which was very useful. We were 2 couples and liked the mid and upper living areas for our alone time. Upper level provided plenty of space and comfortable seating for us. The lower level was also very nice, but we did not need it. Having mini fridge and sink on mid level was a big plus! Can't wait to come back!
