The Space:

BookSmart Properties presents: Beach Plaza! From top to bottom this oceanfront oasis has everything you will need for the perfect OBX getaway. This fun filled home is handicap friendly home with an elevator to all levels, including a ramp to L1.



Start your morning with a cup of coffee from the top level deck or living room, where you can enjoy ocean views and a sea breeze while watching the sunrise over the ocean. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need, so the chef of your family will have no trouble whipping up delicious meals. It features two of everything; refrigerators, ovens, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, and sinks! You can enjoy meals together in the dining room, which seats 22 with the barstools. There are 2 primary king bedrooms on this level with full ensuite baths, one of which offers deck access.



Most of your group will head to the mid level to catch some sleep. With 5 bedrooms (3 Kings, 2 Bunk rooms that sleep 4) that are all primaries, comfort and convenience are guaranteed. Each bedroom has a TV, and linens and towels are provided at no extra cost.



On the ground level, you will enjoy a mix of entertainment and function. Play a round of pool in the game room or fire up the projector for a movie night in the theatre (seats 10). The kitchenette has a bonus full sized fridge, which is the perfect spot for snack storage. 3 more bedrooms (1 king bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms that sleep 2) round out this level, with a half bath for extra convenience.



Outside, sand and surf are only steps away. The boardwalk provides an easy climb over the dunes, so the beach is your backyard! In the evenings, take another dip in the fully gated, sparkling, private pool or indulge in full relaxation in the hot tub. Little ones will enjoy splashing in the baby pool. Fire up one of the grills (propane or charcoal) for a family BBQ. An enclosed outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortably sand free during your stay. The driveway can park 8 standard vehicles.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
