The house was very clean. It was in good condition as well. Typically when I rent houses, something is always broken. Everything worke as it should. The hot tub is roomy. We did not get to use the pool as the water was cold. It is a good location, all was quiet while we were there. I would recommend this house.

overall, we were happy with our stay. I think they need to catch up on some touchups but nothing that was a dealbreaker for us. We were sure to report anything that we saw that needed attention like stains on the carpet, etc. we came in right before a lot of rain so we had to deal with the Palmetto bugs, which was kind of a bummer but they were very responsive And had the pest company out like within a couple hours of our call I was so impressed with that. overall would recommend

Beautiful home near beach access

We really enjoyed the house and all its amenities particularly the hot tub and pool area. Located just a short walk from the beach in a nice neighborhood. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent family vacation property

This was our second time vacationing in OBX (Corolla) and this property met all of our needs. The house was available earlier than the check-in time and it was cleaned really well. We had a couple minor issues (noisy toilet, dead power outlet) and the management company was super responsive. They sent someone immediately and all of the employees we met at the house were very polite. We really appreciated that every bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The house also has plenty of puzzles and games, which are great for kids. 5-minute walk to the beach. We also used the community tennis courts, which were reasonably well maintained. Finally, we liked that the house is situated between Harris Teeter and Food Lion, 3-5 minutes away in either direction.

Family Time in Outer Banks

The property was perfect for our family of 10, ages 5 to 66. Clean and well equipped home. Communications from the property manager were helpful. Checkin and checkout were seamless. Hike to and from the beach with our gear was a little bit of a workout due to many steps over the dunes, but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Amazing week!

The house was perfect. Great neighborhood, great beach access and well thought out floorplan. Also, the kitchen was WELL stocked with all the pots/pans/plates/cups/etc you could ever need. You can plan to cook anything and they'll have what you need! We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

September Getaway

The house was great for our pet friendly family. We enjoyed its location to the beach, Harris Teeter, and the produce market. The bedrooms/bathes were good. The kitchen cookware could be updated as frying pans Teflon coating was scratched off. Probably not healthy to use them. Overall, a great stay!

Very accurate

Overall a great property for a beach vacation. This section of the beach has tall dunes, so carting large beach wagons or coolers to the beach is not realistic. The pool is shaded until the mid afternoon. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Great House!

It was super easy to read and we really enjoyed the spaciousness at the house. Everyone had a bed and all the deck chairs on the front porch were awesome! It is just a short walk to the beach and they had lots of toys and chairs to take with you.

Great house

Everything about this house was great, it was clean, we got in quick, the management company was great. After our first night we realized the AC wasn't working on the second floor which is where everyone was sleeping. Maintenance was contacted and did respond quickly, there was a little miscommunication between family members about whether maintenance had been called and they were contacted twice. The maintenance manager needs work on his customer service and should probably be advised that responding to a customer via email and calling them an " A hole" simply because they wanted the AC fixed during an extremely hot vacation week is pretty bad customer service. Aside from his bad tone and customer service via email, everything was great and the AC was fixed very quickly.

Great Family Beach House

We just spent the week at this property with 7 adults and two large dogs. Everyone had a blast and the house was better than advertised. It is a short walk to the beach. Even in prime season, the beach was not overcrowded. Back at the house, we enjoyed the backyard pool for cooling off at the end of the day. The great room/kitchen area provided more than enough social space for our large crew. I would highly recommend this property.

post Covid getaway

We booked the house in Jan 2021 in the hopes that life would be better by June and it paid off. We had 11 adults for the week and had plenty of space and time to hang out and get in some great beach days. We loved sitting out on the large balcony each morning and night enjoying the southern exposure. The Wifi and Dish TV wasn't working right, but it was an easy phone call to get it fixed. Thanks for a fantastic relaxing stay!

The location was easy walk to the beach with lovely pond behind the house full of turtles of which you can hand feed. The house has everything we needed for group of 11 ages 50-2.
