This 5-bedroom, 2,602 sq ft beach house sleeps 10 and sits on a lot with better unobstructed ocean views than most true oceanfront homes in the 4WD area. A private 14x28 pool, 6-person hot tub, game room with pool table, and ships watch loft make this one of the most complete vacation rentals on the Northern OBX. Walk to the beach in less than a minute. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required; the property sits approximately 3 miles up the 4x4 beach. Three-night minimum stays available in spring and fall.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
Five bedrooms sleep 10 guests across three levels. The top level features a king master bedroom with private deck access and panoramic ocean views. The second level offers a king bedroom with private bath and deck access, a queen bedroom with private bath and deck access, and a duo-bunk room with double bottom bunk, twin top, and an additional twin bed. A fourth second-level bedroom has been converted into a game room with a pool table and brand new queen sleeper sofa with deck access. A bonus bunk room on the top level is perfect for the little ones.
Private Pool, Hot Tub & Outdoor Spaces
The brand new 14x28 private pool sits on the oceanfront side of the property next to the dune, surrounded by sea oats — one of the most scenic pool settings on the 4x4 beach. The 6-person hot tub is open Memorial Day through end of September alongside the pool. An outdoor shower, charcoal BBQ grill, fish cleaning table, and outdoor furniture round out the ground level. Covered parking for two vehicles available.
Ships Watch & Views
The top-level open floor plan features a kitchen, dining room, living room, and ships watch loft — all wrapped in windows with multiple seating options and unobstructed panoramic ocean and beach views. Watch sunrises from bed on the second level or take your coffee to the ships watch for a front-row seat over the Atlantic.
