We all had a beautiful time. The home was in pristine condition and all the furnishings were new and state of the art. All was provide and we needed nothing except our meals. We loved the home and hope to stay again!

OMG …. WOW

The house had everything you could possibly need. We were 15 adults and one toddler. The huge common area was fabulous for preparing our meals, or just share a cocktail or a cup of coffee. We absolutely loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The pool area had plenty of seating for everyone , both in the sun or in the shade. Two BBQ’s , three refrigerators , two dishwashers , two washer dryers. Owner kept in contact all week.

Family Gathering

We had a group of 7 families with 21 people overall and this was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. There was plenty of room and opportunities to chill. The closeness of the beach and having a pool on site was awesome. The kitchen with 2 fridges and dishwashers was a big plus. I don’t think anyone had a single thing bad to say about the place and almost everyone stated they would like to come back again.

House was great. Property manager was super responsive and addresses anything in timely fashion. Sunrise over the ocean and sunrise over the sound views from the 3rd floor great room, what’s not to like! It was awesome he pool was shaded most of the afternoon due to orientations we spent morning at the beach, afternoons at the pool and nights back on the beach

Wonderful Stay in Corolla!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation property with my family, and it was an incredible experience. With a group of 18 people spanning multiple generations, the property was the perfect size to accommodate all of us comfortably. The highlight for the kids was undoubtedly the two bunk rooms, which they absolutely loved. One of the things that stood out to us was that each room had its own bathroom, which made getting ready in the mornings a breeze. The pool and hot tub area provided a fantastic retreat from the beach, allowing us to relax and unwind in a private setting. Speaking of the beach, it was just a short walk away, and we were delighted to find that it wasn't crowded where we set up our spot each day. The house itself was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the responsiveness of the host, Rebecca. Whenever we had any questions or issues, she was just a text away and always ready to help. I particularly appreciated her assistance when I had trouble connecting to the Sonos system. Overall, our stay at this vacation property was nothing short of amazing. It provided us with a wonderful space to create lasting memories with our loved ones. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental.

Amazing Stay!!!!

We had an unbelievable amount of fun at this gorgeous location! 18 of us stayed in the house for the entire weekend and this house was plenty comfortable for all of us. We were able to fit 9 vehicles in the driveway easily, with several of them being trucks. The outdoor bar area/pool was the center of attention for the trip where we spent several hours. As a bonus, during the hottest parts of the day the house actually provided shade over the pool to make it very enjoyable. The kitchen area was magnificent and we never felt crowded even with the amount of people we had. It was very nice having the 3 refrigerators in the house because we definitely needed the room. The beach was only a 1 minute walk down the road and we could actually hear the waves crashing at night from the house which was extremely peaceful. I have nothing bad to say about this house and if you have a large party this is definitely the house you want to book. Also, I have to mention how good the property manager was for the duration of our trip. Communication was fast and we were checked on multiple times to make sure everything was to our liking and they made the check in/out super simple. When i come back to the area I will definitely be trying to rent this house again.

Extraordinary Corolla vacation

Our family of 16 (8 adults and 8 kids) enjoyed every minute at this OBX paradise. Magnificent new home with lots of King beds, and all bedrooms had their own private bath. We spent lots of evenings playing games around the 2 large dining room tables. Large pool with tiki bar area, huge kitchen, 2 washers and 2 dryers, 3 full refrigerators. Two grills and elevator. They didn't miss a thing. The owner had excellent communication and quickly responded to questions. We made memories we will cherish!

Awesome Stay in OBX

This was our families first time visiting the Outer Banks. This property was beautiful and clean. Also had everything we needed. Being off season the weather wasn’t perfect everyday, so having a nice comfortable house was really important. Would totally recommend!

Wedding weekend

My niece got married and my family stayed at this property. It was amazing. The whole family enjoyed the pool and walking to the beach. The grocery store, which we visited frequently, was within a 7 minute drive. The elevator was a great bonus. Rebecca was an amazing host. She responded to my questions promptly. We had a great time and we will be returning.
