The house had great spaces for all people. The host was responsive & helpful. The location was perfect & deck space was great as well. Due to the weather, we played a ton of games at the dinner table. Shopping was super close so that was ideal. The host even offered us a flexible time to leave. I recommend this place & would stay again.

Description and photos of house and property were spot on. Sean, the owner, called us personally the week before we arrived and made sure we had contact info. The few minor issues we had upon arrival were immediately addressed and we had a fantastic week.

Check-in was as easy as possible and the owner was extremely accommodating by contacting us when our house became available earlier in the day than expected. Location Location Location…. Feet from the beach entrance, easy access to community facilities (pool, tennis courts, pond) pond is great place to walk a dog.Privacy is not something you talk about at a private pool in OBX but this house has it!!This place had everything we could ask for and more.I would recommend it to everyone!

Outer Banks Vacation

We had a great time! The location was great with very easy access to the beach. We loved having a pool on the property and the house was lovely and clean. Our only concern was that the 2nd floor of the house was warm because the air conditioning seemed to go to the lowest level even though there was dual air conditioning. The top level was very very comfortablel. Overall, we loved our stay here and the owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any issues.

Great host!

The location was awesome and our host, Sean, was fantastic! We experienced some bad weather from a tropical storm and Sean allowed us to stay an extra day for no charge. It was incredibly generous and made the trip even better. Highly recommend!

Fun at the beach

Would highly recommend. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for our group of nine. Great location for shopping and food. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Sean went above and beyond when responding to any of our messages.

Overall wonderful, several observations, upper level hard to keep cool, temp rises during the day to around 80 degrees, takes all night to drop back to 74. Twin bed mattresses not great, otherwise very well maintained, clean and convenient beach! Thank you!

great family vacation

When looking for a place to accommodate bringing our pups we started to get discouraged until we found Sean and his rental property! Our first time in Corolla was nothing short of beautiful and relaxing. The house was superb and Sean was so responsive to any questions/issues that may have came up (which was barely any). The house is very spacious and accommodated all 5 of us with our labs with ease. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after a day at the beach. The only be aware (which is also listed from Sean) is the steep stairs for the beach access which makes it tricky to get a beach cart/larger cooler over but this is to be expected with dunes this large. The seasonal residents next door also were so kind with giving recommendations for the best food spots. All in all a great stay and definitely will reconsider if we find ourselves in Corolla again. Thank you Sean!

Wonderful residence to relax and unwind!

Sean made sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen is absolutely well stocked with pots, pans & utensils for home cooked meals. Perfect location - 1 block from beach access. We did not want for anything at Lighthouse Point. Highly recommend!! Love the "office" loft. It is also a perfect reading nook.

Perfect Get Away

Our family loved the house and neighborhood in Corolla. Being so close to the ocean was perfect, and the house itself was clean and clearly very well maintained. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are nice and updated, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outside deck furniture was nice. The back of the house is really private due to the mature trees/bushes, which was nice as houses in that neighborhood are close together. The hot tub was great especially since the temperatures were lower than expected when we went. Definitely a house to keep in mind for the future!

Beautiful home close to the beach

We had a great time! The home is beautiful. The pictures on website are accurate. It is a short walk and you are on the beach. Stores are close if you forget anything or need to stock the fridge. The pool and hot tub were cleaned and serviced. We brought our own charcoal grill. We had plenty to do and enjoyed the beach, although it was little chilly when we went. The whole area has a relaxing vibe. I would highly recommend this home. Sean, the owner is fabulous and his response time is superb. Felt very taken care of!!!

Spring Trip at Corolla

Very nice home that provided plenty of room for a family 7. The house was a short walk over the dune from the beach. We were very happy with our stay and will considering using the home again.

Great beach house. Close to the beach access. Very well stocked kitchen for meals at home. House has big bedrooms with great bathrooms. Fun neighborhood for walks, bike rides and exploring pond. Owner easy to communicate. Thank you for offering your great house as a wonderful beach rental.

Mid-September Stay

Good location for accessing the beach. Kitchen well stocked for food prep. Pool water a bit cold for swimming but you never know how it will be in September. Good communication from the owner. Close to Harris Teeter & Food Lion and other shopping & eateries. Worked out well for our group of 8 adults.

Relaxing paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sean’s house. The listing and photos were accurate and the house had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was amazing and made going with 3 young kids stress free. This was our second time to Corolla and we love the laid back vibe and beauty of the area. Sean was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. We loved that we could bring our dog too. Thanks for a great vacation!

We loved it!

This was our second visit to Corolla , and we would rent this house over and over again if we come back. Everything was above our expectations and Sean the owner is very easy to communicate with. The house is everything as described, and then some. Proximity to the beach is a very short walk and the house itself is very centrally located.
