"We stayed for 2 nights for our long weekend trip in April. This is an excellent place to stay in Falmouth. The whole place is recently renovated, the room was super clean and had everything needed along with a communal kitchen. Our room had nice views of the lovely park and we enjoyed our strolls through it to the town centre. The only area for improvement could be the mattress in the room, we thought that it was a bit tired and needs replacing. Overall fully recommended!"

"We stayed 4 nights in a room with sea view from bay window. Room was excellent, comfortable and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The whole house was spotless and freshly painted and the breakfast room was well stocked. Breakfast was superb, great eggs, and the service first class. The hosts, Owen & Margaret were very friendly and helpful and minor issues, like a non working lamp were attended to promptly. We would heartily recommend anyone to stay at this guest house. "

"Wonderful experience, very friendly welcome, many really appreciated small details, like good quality teas, biscuits, water and hot chocolate in the room, bathroom stocked with cotton wool and good quality shampoo shower gel etc. The room was very well maintained, it wasn´t so big (we booked the last room available) but big enough and very comfortable and cosy.
