"Imagaine been in a dessert then coming across a magical oasis! Imaculate property, top class spec but the hosts: warm, empathetic, kind not in your face or constant just there for you. My dog Cooper and I definitly rate this as our favourite holiday stay ( and we go to three a year) we are going back. "We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable bed, lovely kitchen and shower room. Wonderfully clean. The meadow garden was lovely, overlooking fields. Outside is a gazebo, two large 6-person picnic benches, outside table & chairs and a sturdy bench. The Wifi was fast and reliable, making streaming Netflix on the large Smart TV effortless. The visitor book in full of wonderful praise for Sarah (the owner) and the cottage - and justifiable so too. Loved it!"

Site has its on clubhouse that serve nice food and drinks and of course are very dog friendly. Close to beach and walk in to Mablethorpe. Would stay again."
