"Everything was handled beautifully from beginning to end. We were in room 5, upstairs and it felt like we had a lovely studio apartment all to ourselves. The room was laid out beautifully and the soft colors of the room were very relaxing. Very quiet spot, even though it's less than a block from the highway. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in Bidwell Park. Our only regret was only having one night there. We are already looking at our schedule...

"We were in Chico for a wedding and were lucky to find this gem. Darling house walkable to downtown - interior was well appointed, beds comfy and nice big kitchen. Was a much better alternative than a hotel as we had space to hang out, highly recommend!"

"This efficiency studio-like stay is located in a great, quiet community with charming setting. If you are looking for a getaway, this is one to consider. There is no TV, so no distraction. Water pressure is low in this unit, so be prepared for longer wait times on hot water. Access to the next door unit were loud and could be heard talking and walking up and down the stairs."

Ashley was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to the few questions we had leading up to and after arrival. "This is a great house with a wonderful pool. It isn't heated so keep that in mind if you travel in cooler months. The house had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, I needed good internet for work and school. There was plenty of room for our large group."
