Falta de mantenimiento las camas muy incomodo
Fuimos a Pasar momento de Alegria.,t asi fue lo unico malo era lo que vi al hacer el bookings del hotel las habitaciones falta de mantenimiento, no havia agua caliente el internet la ducha se cayo en la cabeza de mi amiga ,las tuallas en pesima condiciones. Mi simple opinion sobre tu cuenta cuando abre una cuenta de lo que sea que usted consume o come deberian darte una copia de cada recivo usted a firmado para que no haya confuciones .ni hablar de las seguridad de los trabajadores son muy amable pero los 3 dias que nosotros estabamos alli al ver las mesera bajo sombrillas de la cosina al restuarante con los platos y al bar tambien eso no es bueno esta lloviendo deberian de construir una tapa para asi se pueden movilizarse mejor. Hasta que pregunte unos de los trabajadores de que tenga cuidado cuando esta caminando ensima de esas madera mojadas y tan verde que uno se puede caer . I told your cow workers them should talk for them right because its not nice looking at them in the rain coming with all those food in them hand and the place is very slippery..them talkto the supervisor about the situation but its no make no difference year ago its not nice. I just hope one day u all can take them talk in consideration. On the ather hand when its come to the bar i been see the bartender cutting up fruits with out no food gloves cutting plus eating no looking healthy is just my pint of views i already full out this servey but its seem i been getting it again in my mail .

Hotel a peu de platja, amb totes les comoditats. Dos problemes, però. La musica del bar era molt alta per la nit i no deixava dormir; i la terrassa era conpartida per les quatre habitacions del bungalow i si la teva habitació donava a la terrassa…l’intimitat era zero…

Me gustaria hablar sobre lo que NO me gustó. Menú muy limitado,meseras my amables y atencion rápida pero muy pocas. Comida fria. Un ludar o salos para los huespedes, mejor comida y ambiente para bailar. Area de juegos para niños. Mejorar condiciones de las cabañas, se ven bellas pero se nota que no hay mantenimiento. En Litter Corn Island no hay nada interesante.Hay muchas cosas que se pueden hacer y el potencial en marabilloso. En general 5

they did not honor the room rate given.served a cold coffee and when asked to replace charged extra,asked for a club soda,it was served with lemon but charged as a cocktail.

Only stayed two nights. The room was clean and quiet. Ac worked well. Bed was a bit hard but fine. Staff were friendly. Spent the day on the beach which was nice -not too busy. Restaurant was ok. They charge extra for two people which is a bit weird. I was travelling solo but booked the room for two since it’s usually the same price. Didn’t notice until check out that they had charged me extra for another person. They did take the charge off when I pointed out I was alone.

I stayed at the cottage room and the area outside smelled really bad like black water, we couldn’t get to enjoy the outside of the porch, the room were very outdated and very small, the service were very slow.

Very poor customer service at the restaurant. When seated at the table and given drinks, staff took 15 minutes to come back to get our order. The restaurant was not packed and we were one of the three parties at the restaurant but yet felt ignored by the staff. Of the staff Daisy was one of few that actually helped us.

Das Arena Beach Hotel liegt am schönsten Strand der Insel. Und genau das ist das größte Highlight: der Arena Beach! Dieser Strand ist ein karibischer Traum, mit tollen feinem Sand ohne störende Algen oder Steinen , kaum Wellen - perfekt zum Baden! Das Hotel bietet seinen Gästen viele Möglichkeiten dort zu entspannen. Kleine Cabanas, mehrere Liegen und viel Schatten. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Restaurant und eine wirklich tolle Bar an der man sich den ganzen Tag mit kalten Getränken versorgen kann. Dazu muss man sagen, dass der Service dort „karibisch-langsam“ ist. Man muss schon manchmal länger auf sein Getränk warten, was den einen oder anderen stören dürfte. Was das Hotel meiner Meinung nach ändern müsste, ist der Zugang von Tages-Touristen zu all diesen Annehmlichkeiten, wie z.B. die Cabanas. Wenn man zu spät an den Strand kommt, kann es nämlich sein, dass man als Hotelgast keinen dieser Plätze mehr bekommt, da dort Leute sitzen, die für den halben Tag an den Strand kommen. Dort sollte es die Möglichkeit geben als zahlender Hotelgast immer einen Platz zu bekommen. Die freistehenden Bungalows sind in jeweils 4 Einheiten unterteilt, wobei sich alle eine große Veranda mit Hängematten und Stühlen teilen. Die Bungalows, sowie das ganze Hotel ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen, was man leider an vielen Stellen merkt. Lose Wasserhähne, wacklige Stühle und löchrige Fussböden. Trotz der kleineren Mängel lohnt sich hier ein Aufenthalt auf alle Fälle. Wir kommen wieder!

I recognize that the Corn Islands are not the place for luxury, but this place is way overpriced for what it is. The rooms are clean enough (but only on the surface), the mattress on the bed is as hard as a rock, and the prices in the restaurant/bar are ridiculous for Nicaragua. The walls between the rooms are so thin you can hear everything your neighbours say. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, and the beach itself is quite nice. Service is abysmal - when I asked about going to Little Corn, the receptionist just pointed at the sign for the public pangas. Paying US$450 for 3 nights here is a huge stretch for what you get.

Great beach, nice hotel
Really great beachfront property, amazing sand. A/C worked well. The staff is generally very good and working hard to please. Tip accordingly! The breakfast is pretty great, but in general the restaurant wasn't amazing, especially considering the high prices. There are other options that are walkable, or within a $1-2 taxi ride, that are cheaper and better. There is NO potable water at this facility except for expensive bottled water, which is ridiculous. Also, if you're looking for a quiet beachfront place to get nice sleep, this is probably not the spot.

Best hotel on the island
Perfect location, the nicest beach on the island in a protected bay, perfect for swimming. Great beach cabanas and chairs. Front desk was great, very helpful. They had rooms ready for.early check ins based on boat and flight arrivals, helped with scooter.rentals, taxis, info and beach towels. Restaurant service was a little less perfect but on par with the island... Nica time and island time combined is a real thing. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is terrible. You can connect from the lobby or restaurant but not at all from the bungalows. I will defi6stay here again.

Great to have a free shuttle from the airport. Location is great and i actually prefer the beach here to the beaches on Little Corn. The bad bits were that we didn’t have any hot water for 2 out of the 3 days. The rooms are very very basic based on price. I assume we are paying for the location and no more. There was no real atmosphere in the restaurant as no music so evenings were pretty quiet which might be ok for some people.

This hotel has an excellent location and the staff is very friendly and attentive. You get value for the money. The bar and cabanas on the beach are awesome. The food at the restaurant is pretty good. Easy car ride from the airport to the hotel and they have a shuttle. Recommended.

It is the best place to stay in the island. The hotel is right in front of the beach. The beach is cleaned and raked every morning. October is the low season, so not too many tourists, you have the beach all to yourself. The staff is amazing, they are very friendly, and they all have a genuine smile on their faces.
