  • This holiday property located centrally in Port Stephens welcomes up to six guests for a memorable and luxurious getaway in beautiful surroundings.

    Our spacious, fresh and well-appointed holiday home features two separate living areas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can accommodate three cars making it ideal for families or couples. Each bedroom is furnished thoughtfully, providing a unique atmosphere for relaxation. With ducted air conditioning throughout, you are guaranteed comfort in any season.

    The fully equipped kitchen with bench seating (open to the dining and main living space) includes a K-Fee coffee pod machine for the caffeine enthusiasts, a dishwasher for convenient cleanup, oven, microwave and a range of cookware and utensils at your disposal. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the dining room or fire up the BBQ on the covered balcony with views to the mountains for alfresco dining.

    The house boasts a large lounge room complete with a big screen smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi for cosy evenings in. There's also a second living area, ideal for the kids to enjoy board games or unwind with their own activities. This space is bright and welcoming, with a glass sliding door that opens directly to the backyard, allowing easy access to outdoor play and letting in plenty of natural light. For practicality, the property includes a front loader washer/ dryer combo in the laundry room, clothesline and lock up garage (car or boat) for added convenience.

    Beyond the walls of the home, you are a 12-minute walk (800m) along a public footbath to Bagnalls Beach, follow the coastline for a further 10-minute walk (700m) to Dutchies Beach. Alternatively, you are a mere 3-minute drive to the water’s edge and children’s playgrounds and a 10-minute drive to One Mile Beach (patrolled surf beach). Meanwhile it’s a 6-minute drive to Salamander Square Shopping Centre with a variety of supermarkets for your essential supplies. Nelson Bay with its ample cafes, restaurants with plenty of seafood dining and boutiques is a short 6-minute drive.

    Our Holiday Home at 68 Saratoga Avenue provides ample space to relax, entertain, and is ideally located to access beaches, land and water sports, cafes, restaurants and Boutique Shopping. After a day exploring or lounging on the beach, retreat to The Bay House and unwind in complete comfort.

    (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

    This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

    After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

    If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
