"Truly beautiful location and great layout in the mountains just outside a small mountain village. We used as a base camp to explore the area, with El Gastor just being a very cute village, surrounded by lots other towns within 30 to 45 minute drives. The actual house was lovely, clean, and so inviting with just a wonderful sunset view. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!"

"Pasamos un fin de semana donde nos coincidió con el belén viviente y recomiendo visitar el pueblo, estaba súper bonito y puedes ir andando desde la casa, quizás la subida es algo más cansada por la cuesta pero igualmente se hace, en la casa lo único que ecahmos de menos es algo más de calefacción, excepto la chimenea del salón, en el resto de habitaciones se pasa frio en invierno, hay una chimenea en el salón de arriba pero no se podía poner. El lugar nos encantó, sin duda para repetir"

The outside space and pool area are lovely and have multiple seating areas, the pool area did not have lights but this allowed for some impressive star gazing and did not stop us using the pool until late into the evening. "Beautiful property but to get to it and out you have to take narrow street which is 2 ways but fits one car, so we had to back up or vice versa to let a car through. Amenities were below par, small things like - no shampoo - dirty kettle to warm up water - no cream for coffee which was only decaf Felt understaffed as I had to go to the kitchen twice to get attention to get food or drinks. No one at reception most of the day. Limited food options at the restaurant."

The location of check-in was a little confusing upon initial arrival as it’s not staffed or labeled, but the dogs let them know I was there so they came out to check me in."
