Beautiful dreamhouse with spectecular views

a beautiful large villa ( we were with 6 ) with a tasteful interior and ann enormous saltwater pool. We had a wonderful time inside as well as outside the house. A large outside breakfast /dinner table and several seating points made us be together and able to have a quiet moment. The house and the pool were very clean and well-maintained. Every day a guy came by to clean the pool and we even had a cleaning lady in the middle of our two weeks. Spectacular views in the morning and evening looking out over the sea. We enjoyed several of the close by beaches which were not at all busy (we went in August !). The owners, Chris and Liana, were very very friendly and welcomed us with several tips what to do in the surroundings. We can recommend Epivadros, Poros and Olympia ( the latter is absolutely worthwhile but a bit far drive). The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were absolutely top. Even with 30 + degrees, the airco kept us cool through the night. Can strongly recommend this villa as a top holiday destination.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed every moment we were in the home. The pictures online do not do justice for how beautiful every detail inside the home was. We were aware of the distance for shopping and restaurants but the 12 minute drive to the main road was worth every minute once arriving to the home. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had. We enjoyed our six nights at the home and made many memories there. Thank You for sharing your home with us!

Perfect house for a very relaxing family vacation

Property is just like advertised - beautiful, amazing views, great hosts. We were 8 adults, and had plenty of room to be together, and plenty of delightful corners when wanting some privacy. There's a cute little beach that can be walked to if wanting a bit of exercise, or an easy spot to jump in the water if feeling lazy with a few local Taverna's close by. Overall, if you want quality time, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist spots, this property is perfect.

Very nice house

The house is very nice. It has a stunning view and in particular a nice pool area with plenty of space. You will always also find a spot in the shadow. The house is in a very remote area. So, you should be prepared to drive to restaurants, supermarkets and places to visit. Having said that, you can find nice things to do like a boat ride, trips to ancient sites and of course beaches. Chris is a very responsive and friendly host who took care of every need we had.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful place with outstanding pool and helpful hosts

This is a truly outstanding property with exceptional views, a sensational pool and a very high standard of luxury. Spotless, very well equipped yet friendly with personal touches and lots of thoughtful luxuries like large pool towels and Moulton Brown toiletries. We loved the unspoilt area with local beaches, the perfect taverna and swimming platforms from the rocks. Our family group was from 12 to 85 and all cherished the many comfortable places to sit inside and out to enjoy the quiet and seclusion. Our hosts Liana and Chris could not have been more helpful and welcoming too and we are very grateful to them for allowing us to experience this truly special place!

Modern villa by the sea

We spent 10 days at villa Helios in a group of 10 with kids from 10 to 17 y.o. The villa corresponds fully to the description and is even better - very spacious, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you may need. The view from the villa is breathtaking and you have a very easy - almost private - access to the sea which is full of sea life to watch. There are also a few small beaches at a few mins drive distance. The swimming pool is very well maintained and cleaned every morning. The villa is located in a very quiet secluded place, so the best is to rent a car to be able to do grocery shopping and try different tavernas for dinner (you can order groceries online from Kritikos supermarket though). A big Thank you to the owners - Chris and Liana - who were very helpful and reachable for any question during our whole stay. In summary a great villa absolutely to recommend for a family - friends reunion by the sea!

Amazing stay with my family

We stayed at Chris’s house with my family of 8 and couldn’t have had a better stay. The house is great and the villa seems newly renovated and very clean and the welcoming vas very friendly. Only point to add is that the location is somewhat off so you will have to travel a bit with car for good restaurants.

Wonderful Greece Villa!

The view from the Villa is absolutely breathtaking! The Villa itself was also beautiful and exactly what was shown in the pictures. The infinity swimming pool was amazing and overlooked the Mediterranean Sea. Chris and Liana were extremely helpful and responsive in every way. The Villa is about 1 1/2 hours outside of Athens in the countryside in a peaceful and serene neighborhood. The Villa is about 20 minutes from a small town where we shopped for groceries and ate at some of the best restaurants. The people in the small town were very hospitable and treated us like royalty. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. I wish we had stayed longer. I highly recommend this Villa and would do it all over again!

Excellent séjour avec une vue magnifique

Liana nous a permis de profiter de belles vacances dans sa magnifique maison. L’environnement de la maison est très calme. La maison est décoré avec goût et bien entretenu. La piscine est impeccable. L’annonce correspondait parfaitement avec la réalité.

Simply stunning

We had an absolutely magical family reunion stay (ages ranging from 8 to 75). The views, tasteful interior design and setting make the house a destination on its own. The layout of is ideal for multi-generation trips - from beautiful terraces with stunning views (ideal for yoga) to myriad of tastefully decorated outdoor spaces (for those sunset cocktails, family games or big dinners) to the amazing salt-water infinity pool that kids never got out of. Pure luxury, away from the crowds, exploring locals-only beaches and tavernas , kindly recommended by the graceful hosts Chris and Liana. An experience we will never forget. The best place to reunite and celebrate missed milestones.

Beautiful Greek Getaway within 11/2 hours of Athens

Chris and Liana’s spacious and beautifully furnished summer home was a real find. Situated within easy driving distance of Athens, beaches and archeological sites we were not short of things to do. The location is made even better with a fabulous fish restaurant ‘To Amoni’ a 2 min drive away. We thoroughly recommend the cuttlefish in ink as a starter and the fresh daily catches .There is also a secret pathway down to the rocks where you can dive straight into the sea and on more relaxing days you can kick back in the villa and deep pool which is large enough for two families. Chris and Liana were very attentive and knowledgeable hosts always available to give advice on boat trips , beaches and generally where to go. Loved it and would thoroughly recommend 😊Amanda , Richard and kids ( 19,17&17)
