  • Brand new luxury villa with scenic pool on the island of Corfu, halfway between Acharavi and Kassiopi.
    The modern, 3 floor villa offers 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large common spaces and a wellness area with a hot tub. With bright interiors and all amenities, it can accommodate 6/8 people.
    Villa Sunset’s special grounds feature large terraces furnished for outdoor dining, and a stunning infinity pool with sea views. It is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family, enjoy the panoramic sea views from the pool, sip a cocktail at sunset and relax in total calm and privacy.
    Villa Sunset’s location is within easy reach of the beaches of Almiros, Kalamaki, Acharavi and Kassiopi, where you can experience the authentic atmosphere of Corfu Island.
    At guests’ disposal: 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; private outdoor pool with children’s area (10,5 x 5,5 meters; depth: 0,30 meters) and a deeper area (10,5 x 5,5 meters; minimum depth 0,90 meters; maximum depth: 1,70 meters) round indoor hot tub (2 meters in diameter; seats 6; heatable up to 36° C); barbecue, outdoor dining area, private garden, panoramic sea views, air conditioning, Wifi internet, parking.

Der Check-In und Check-Out war super unkompliziert und schnell. Die Gastgeberin war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko: Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto um richtig einkaufen zu fahren und auf den Berg zu kommen. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Villa Sunset. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. It offered all the amenities we could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The pool was fantastic, and the sun loungers made it easy to spend hours outside enjoying the incredible views — especially at sunset. The owners were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality was amazing, and we always felt they were there if we needed anything, which made the experience even more special. The nearby town of Acharavi is just a short drive away and has everything you could want: plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and even practical conveniences like chemists. The local beaches are lovely too, making it a great mix of relaxation and activity. You do need a car to get around comfortably, but it’s well worth it for the privacy, tranquility, and breathtaking scenery the villa offers. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Villa Sunset to anyone looking for a memorable holiday in Corfu.

A magical villa we'll return to year after year We've just returned from our second stay at Sunset Villa, and that alone says everything. We never usually visit the same place twice, but this has now become our regular June trip. Antonio and Alexandra are wonderful hosts: warm, accommodating, and genuinely passionate about what they've created. And what they've created is truly special: a beautifully built villa (largely by Antonio himself!) with stunning interior design. Perched on top of a hill, it's private and secluded, which is exactly why we keep coming back. The location is superb. The local village of Perithia is charming. Harry's is a great restaurant, you can enjoy beers at the Post Office (yes, you read that right!), and for something a little special, Lasmari is an upscale open-air restaurant with excellent service. A short drive up the mountain takes you to Old Perithia, full of charming tavernas. The local beaches are incredible, with loads within 5-10 minutes. Agios Spiridon is the closest, with a good beach bar run by friendly owners. You're also just minutes from Kassiopi, a beautiful harbour town that's great for boat rental. But back to the owners: this villa is a true family affair, and we're just as happy to see Antonio and Alexandra again as we are the villa itself. Huge thanks to you both. You have a beautiful villa and a wonderful family, and we look forward to seeing you next year, maybe sooner!
