Relaxing at Stefania is pure pleasure. From the private pool, terraces and balcony a sweeping panorama can be admired over olive trees to the outskirts of Acharavi, the beautiful blue Ionian Sea and the distant mountains of Albania looming gracefully through the heat haze. This is a lovely location in which to escape from everyday hurly-burly, perfect for immersing yourself in the gentle pace of island life whilst at the same time remaining within very easy distance of gorgeous beaches and excellent amenities.
Architect designed, furnished with style and decorated with a deft touch this attractive property flows gracefully over two levels. Heart of the home is the open plan living/dining area where a vaulted wooden ceiling, sympathetic colour scheme and large sliding glass doors on one side combine to make this a bright, airy and welcoming space.
Both the good-size balcony off the living area and the spacious pool terrace make lovely locations in which to enjoy a breakfast coffee, lunchtime salad, evening barbecue... or just a cooling drink at any time of the day.
Surely appealing to non-swimmers and younger party members alike, a dedicated shallow section has been incorporated into the private pool, further evidence of the thought and care invested in Stefania by the charming local owners.
The north eastern coastline of Corfu is renowned for the great choice of family-friendly beaches on offer (many flying a coveted Blue Flag for quality and cleanliness) and Stefania is perfectly placed for exploring with Astrakeri (4km), Almyros (3.5km), Agios Spyridon (7km) and Apraos (7.5km) being some of the most attractive and easily reached.
Both Acharavi (1.5km) and Roda (1.5km) are just a few minutes’ drive, each with its own inviting beach as well as an excellent range of amenities that incudes supermarkets, shops, local kafenions and numerous tempting tavernas. A seven kilometre coastal path stretches all the way from Roda to Acharavi and on to Almyros, passing a salt lake and nature reserve before ending at Agios Spyridon and the Bay of Molos. Within walking distance you will find several amenites, including a green grocers (1km) for your local fresh produce, and a mini market (1.1km), while the nearest taverna is a 15 minute walk way (1.2km).
Informally considered the capital of northern Corfu, the once tiny fishing village of Kassiopi (12.5km) has grown to become an interesting ‘town of two halves’; the vibrant main street abuzz with shops, cafes and an energetic nightlife together with a more laid back harbour area where several atmospheric tavernas look out to a well preserved Byzantine fort. Just around the peninsula from here, the Blue Flag beach of Kalamionas, and smaller coves of Pepitos and Kanoni, all have (yet more!) extremely inviting, crystal clear waters.

In combination with nearby sister property Olivia, Filio, Stefania would be a great choice for larger families or a group of friends wishing to holiday together whilst retaining individual space and privacy.
