One of our best ever family holidays!It’s hard to know where to start giving this review as the villa, the pool, the location and the host Takis are all outstanding.We had high expectations of the villa and Takis from reading the photos, description and previous glowing reviews but this holiday has still exceeded all our hopes.The villa felt like home straight away… it is stunning!! Very comfortable, so incredibly spacious and well equipped. Fabulous air con in every room and beds & pillows that make sure you have a fab nights sleep. The villa doesn’t lack anything. It has so many different comfortable areas to relax and socialise - ideal for the 6 of us. The location is perfect! Quiet and private but a v short walk from everything you need… shops, restaurants, 2 beaches, tennis/padel courts, water-sports, paddle boarding, chemist, doctors. My adults daughters even went to the hairdresser 5 mins away for a holiday trim!Being on a bus route (every 15 mins and super cheap) means that Ipsos (much busier than Dassia) is 5 mins away and the beautiful Corfu town is 20 mins away.The holiday was definitely made all the better because of Takis’ hospitality. He was so helpful and available (on whats app) for any questions we had. Lots of restaurant recommendations which we followed and all were exceptional. He organised airport transfers, car and boat hire for us - nothing was too much trouble. THANK YOU Takis!

Great stay at Villa Dionisia

The Villa is amazing, from the moment the electric gates opened and you go up the drive, then you reach the Villa it is impressive. There are pleasant outside seating and dining areas. The pool and surrounding garden areas are well look after the pool was warm and very clean. The kitchen and laundry room is well equipped. Air conditioning was good and well needed. The master bedroom has a veranda with lovely views for a coffee in the morning. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The Villa is in a good position for shops bars and restaurants. The Villa owner Takis is a great chap, very helpful nothing is too much trouble and will advise on the best restaurants and tourist spots. A motor boat rental is a must if you want to visit the remote beaches and caves. Also the old town is well worth a visit. We all had a very enjoyable stay, thank you Takis.

Excellent Family Trip

Loved the villa, a fabulous villa and he outside space was perfect to spend time chilling with the family! Villa located in perfect area, lovely beach 3 mins walk away and restaurants and supermarkets plentiful in the area! Also easy to get into Corfu Town via bus if you didn't have a car! Overall : Perfect Holiday! Thanks to Takis - What a lovely Man! Always smiling and gave us loads of tips and advice. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Perfect villa with friendly, helpful amazing host!!

Everything you need is there, the rooms are large, lots of outside seating, wonderful bbq area, large grounds and the best villa pool we have ever been blessed with. Sunbeds are high quality and comfortable, spotlessly clean with pool maintenance guy coming twice a week. Walking distance of shops and tavernas plus the bus stop for Corfu Town and Ypsos and Kassiopi in the opposite direction. Takis, the owner, was amazing, both before the holiday and while we were there. His communication is great. He met us personally when we arrived and had made sure we had everything needed to save us going to the shops immediately, milk, water, wine, beer, snacks! Tskis was always keen to offer us advice about where to eat and shop and also places to go and see. He popped in most days to make sure everything was ok, he arranged our transfers, offered to arrange a boat trip and private chef when I said that we may be interested in that. He even organised a taxi when we were struggling to find one on one of the evenings. When we came home I thought I left my disabled badge, I sent him a text and within a few hours he had found it and had posted it to me!! I really could not recomend this villa more highly!!

Takis (owner) was excellent!

The villa was perfect for our family of 6. The location was great: Dasia is a nice area with restaurants and groceries in walking distance or a minute or 2 by car. It is very close to Corfu town and a short drive to the west side of the island. The pool was immaculate. This was one of only 4 or 5 VRBO villas on the island with both a clothes washer and dryer. But the best thing about this property is the owner, Takis. We are frequent VRBO users and Takis was the best owner I've encountered. He met us when we arrived and spent a lot of time showing us around the villa. We had a minor issue come up during the stay (nothing he could control) and he came back multiple times at a moment's notice to make sure it wasn't causing us problems. He spent a lot of time in person giving us recommendations on things to do and places to go, and just spent some time chatting with us. He always responded on whatsapp in a matter of minutes. He was just an overall great guy. I'm sure there are many great VRBO villas on Corfu. But if you want the peace of mind knowing that the owner will be there to make sure your stay goes as well as it can, stay with Takis. You won't regret it. The cleaning crew came by during our trip and, besides cleaning well, David gave us a recommendation on how to see the west side of the island. We were down to our last day and were struggling to figure out how to do the west side. It absolutely made our trip and we are grateful to him. So kudos to him and his crew.

Relaxing week

The communication with Takis was so comforting knowing he was just a message away. He helped us out with booking day trips and taxis to and from the airport and just local knowledge. The house was welcoming and comfortable. It was walking distance from everything we needed.

Beautiful..gorgeous..

We were greeted by our host Takis, this in itself goes along way as far as customer relations are concerned :) a nice personal touch..he showed us around the villa - which incidentally was perfect in all respects, cleanliness was second to none.. The pool area and outdoor space were ideal..we were a party of 6 adults and a 3 year old boy..plenty of space for us all.. Takis kept us informed of when we could expect the cleaners and the gardener.. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants both in Dassia and Ipsos. Buses run about every 20 minutes to Corfu and Ipsos, the fare is no more than €2 per passenger.. Dassia village is about a 10 minute walk from the Villa where you can find a British GP Surgery, various restaurants, Danny's supermarket.. and other supermarkets too. Saint Nicholaus cove (small rocky/pebbley beach) is about 10 minute stroll from the villa. You will find sandy/less pebbley beaches if you head towards Malibu Beach, which will be accessed from the main road through Dassia. All in all the Villa, location and facilities were faultless.. Would we return? Most definitely. Fi Mansbridge date of our stay 22nd May - 2nd June 2023..

Fabulous home, great host, everything you need within walking distance!

This is a great property and the photos do not do it justice. Takis is amazingly helpful and all his recommendations were first class. He was very helpful if needed and only a txt away! The little private beach is perfect for a morning swim and Dassia beach (5 minute walk) has all the water sports and great restaurants,boat hire (very good value) and views. Barbati us a 10 minute drive and excellent beach also. This is a great holiday home. Clean, well positioned and extra facilities you don’t expect. Loved it. We will be back. Oh and the fruit and veg shop on the corner is great!

Fabulous luxury villa

Really enjoyed staying in this villa. It was clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. There were many dining areas, a fabulous terrace to lounge on and the pool area was first class. The pool is large and the terrace around it has shaded areas as well as a sunny side so perfect for all! The views from the villa are lovely and if you walk to the nearby beach (5 mins) the views over the Albanian mountains are truly breathtaking!! The owner, Takis, is a lovely man. Very friendly and willing to help in any way. This is a great villa which I can not recommend enough!!

Fantastic Villa

We had a lovely holiday in this Villa and it certainly lived up to expectations. The owner, Takis, was very friendly and hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped and the air conditioning worked well as did the Wi-fi. The pool and pool area were perfect and the pool was kept very clean. It is close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants in Dassia. The Villa is exactly as described and it is beautiful. We would certainly stay there again and would highly recommend it.
