Lovely peaceful and enjoyable

Relaxing and peaceful holiday. Beautiful accommodation and despite not having a car we managed, in the heat, to walk to restaurants and the local supermarket/bakery. We enjoyed all the facilities of the accommodation and planned our week so we could relax around the pool and take in the stunning views.

Great all-round villa

Providing you have a car and dont mind steps and coastal paths this villa is excellent and really great value. The rooms are big, the pool is classy, the sun terrace with bar adds an outside dimension and the views are amazing, especially at sunrise. Cooking and washing appliances are good, cleaning and housekeeping are discrete. The local beach is brilliant and you can walk there without needing the car, the taverna is first rate and friendly and the boat hire guy is inexpensive snd useful.

most amazing villa with panoramic views

House on the Rocks is the most amazing villa with panoramic views. We loved the infinity pool watching the boats pass by. The bar area was amazing for beautiful evenings enjoying the sunset. Bbq & kitchen was well equipped. We fell in love with the area, Aphrodite store & bakery so accommodating, ordering us kebabs especially & delivering. Thalassa Taverna was incredible. 10 out of 10

Exceptional - Secluded , spacious , well equipped and comfortable villa with exceptional views - especially from the infinity pool .Spotlessly clean and kept that way by regular visits - five times during our fortnight stay - by the housekeeping team . Great beaches and tavernas nearby and a 40min drive from the airport and Corfu town . Superb - loved our stay .

Highly recommend this villa!

My family of five had a fabulous stay at the house on the rocks. Views are absolutely breathtaking. The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a car so the location was great for us to explore neighbouring beaches, towns etc. There is a market that’s within walking distance (great homemade tzatziki) as well as a few restaurants. Highly recommend this villa!

Absolutely stunning

Amazing stay - everything was perfect. Eos Travel were extremely professional and clear in their instructions for check in/directions etc. We also really appreciated the local tips and helpful numbers. The cleaners were amazing and friendly. Our electricity and internet were fixed so promptly after the storm as well - we were so impressed.

7 wonderful days

We spent 7 wonderful days at the House on the Rocks. The villa offers plenty of space, and our three children felt at home right away. I would like to particularly highlight the super-friendly cleaning service; we hadn't expected that. The view from the terraces and the pool is what we remember most impressively. You look out over olive trees to the Mediterranean. It's pure relaxation. The location of the villa ensures that you don't hear any neighbors and hardly anything from the street. The path to the beach is adventurous, but quite short. However, you do have to be able to walk on small paths over rocks and loose ground. It wasn't a problem for us, and we really enjoyed the small bay. Our children definitely want to vacation here again, and so do we.

Amazing Villa with beautiful view. Our favourite place

This is a Fantastic villa in the most beautiful location. . Our fav part is being in the infinity pool looking out at what we think is one of the best views ever . Also relaxing on the terraces and cooking on the amazing barbecue. We have been to The House On The Rocks three times now and Ive just booked up for a fourth. We have become good friends with the owner Natasha and her mum Alexandra who both make us feel so welcome and seeing them each year is part of our holiday if you book this place you will not be disappointed as I said before its absolutely amazing and we love it if you book enjoy. View of dreams!

Amazing villa, only 2 of us stayed but plenty of space for a family/couples. Well equipped. Plenty of towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets. Water wine left for us. Quite a few books have been left in the villa for others to read. Air con works fine but even opening the doors allows a great breeze. If you go up the drive turn left (10 mins pretty much flat walk) theres 4 tavernas (lovely food at all of them), 2 shops, a bakery (the orange and lemon cake are stunning) a cocktail pizza bar which will deliver pizza to the villa if you call them (7pm until late). We got a taxi to ipsos which is full of bars, tavernas shops- more upbeat. The villa is very secluded just out of this world. The WiFi isnt great downstairs and roaming charges cost a fortune due to being close to Albania, wasnt an issue to me. The drive is steep with steps down to the villa at the end of the drive but Im not a walker and found it fine walking up it twice a day. We didnt cook in the villa just ate out for the time we were there! The pool is fab the views are just unreal. If you get the chance to go, you wont regret it. 5 stars from us!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The view is incredible and breathtaking. The house was super clean and had everything a family of 6 people will need in order to cook and enjoy the facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped, big living room and two great balconies. The house was cleaned two times a week. Everything we needed was answered quickly and professionally by the owner. We will definitely come back. Thanks

Everything about the villa is spectacular

Everything about the villa is spectacular! The villa itself is like something out of a film. The large swimming pool to the spacious bedrooms and the perfect location. We had travelled to many Greek islands on this holiday but this was by far the most stunning villa. Excellent air conditioning and clean rooms. There is a lovely beach less than a 10 minute walk away and lovely restaurants. Will definitely be coming back. The host was extremely kind and helpful.
