Welcome to AETHER, a brand-new romantic villa created exclusively for two guests and designed as a private sanctuary above the Ionian Sea.

Set on a peaceful hillside in South-West Corfu, AETHER combines complete privacy, spectacular panoramic sea views and contemporary Mediterranean living surrounded by nature. From the villa, guests can admire beautiful views across the Ionian Sea towards Paxos, Antipaxos and Lefkada, with unforgettable sunsets creating a different atmosphere every evening.

A private gated entrance and parking lead to the villa, where indoor and outdoor spaces have been designed for couples seeking privacy, relaxation and meaningful time together. The bright open-plan interior features high ceilings, a king-size bed, comfortable living area, television, work space, open wardrobe, air conditioning and large glass doors connecting the interior directly with the surrounding landscape and sea views.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, plates, cutlery and glasses.

Outside, guests can enjoy their own private swimming pool together with comfortable areas for sunbathing and relaxation, surrounded by the peaceful Mediterranean landscape. With no need to share the facilities with other guests, AETHER offers the privacy and tranquillity that make it particularly suited to romantic escapes, honeymoons, anniversaries and special celebrations.

Located on Corfu`s west coast, AETHER enjoys spectacular sunsets throughout the year, while clear nights reveal an impressive star-filled sky.

The famous Issos Beach is approximately 3.1 km away and is renowned for its crystal-clear waters, vast sand dunes, kitesurfing, windsurfing, water sports and protected bird habitats. Restaurants, traditional tavernas, cafés, supermarkets, beach bars and other local services can be found in Agios Georgios Resort, less than five minutes away by car.

Nearby Chlomos Village, one of Corfu`s oldest settlements, offers traditional island architecture, panoramic viewpoints and fascinating Byzantine history.

Corfu International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car.

AETHER Villa – Guest Guidelines

Welcome to AETHER Villa. We wish you a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay in Corfu.

Extra Towels

We provide:

- 2 pool towels (white with turquoise stripes)
- 2 beach towels (thicker towels in solid colours)

Please note the difference:

- Pool towels are intended for use around the villa and swimming pool.
- Beach towels are intended for beach use.

These towels are normally not changed during your stay. For stays longer than one week, they will be replaced during the weekly linen change.

As the villa is equipped with a washing machine and drying rack, guests are welcome to wash and dry beach and pool towels whenever needed.

During the mid-stay cleaning, the housekeeper will replace:

- Bath towels
- Hand towels
- Bathroom floor towels

Bed linen, bathrobes, beach towels and pool towels are normally changed once per week.

If you would like:

- Additional linen changes
- Additional bathrobe changes
- Additional towel changes
- Extra cleaning visits

As part of our sustainability programme, we aim to reduce unnecessary water, detergent and energy consumption. Thank you for helping us protect the environment.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

You are welcome to smoke in all exterior areas, including:

- Pool area
- Garden area
- Outdoor dining area
- Outdoor lounge areas

Please use the ashtrays provided and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

Toilet Paper Disposal

In Greece, plumbing systems are different from those in many other countries.

Please do not dispose of used toilet paper in the toilet.

Use the bins provided next to the toilet and empty them regularly.

Household rubbish may be disposed of in any green public rubbish bins located along the main roads of the island.

Housekeeping Services

For stays longer than 3 nights, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service is included.

The date and time of the cleaning will always be arranged with you in advance via your booking platform.

We will work together to find a time that is convenient for both you and the housekeeper.

During the mid-stay cleaning, the housekeeper will typically:

- Change bathroom towels
- Replace toiletries if required
- Remove rubbish
- Vacuum floors
- Mop floors
- Dust and tidy surfaces
- Refresh the villa

The housekeeper does not wash dishes. Please use the dishwasher provided and keep the kitchen reasonably tidy.

Bed linen is changed weekly.

Additional linen changes, extra cleaning visits or bathrobe replacements can be arranged for an additional charge.

Visitors and Gatherings

AETHER Villa is designed for a maximum of 2 guests.

If you would like to invite visitors to the property, please inform your concierge in advance.

The peaceful character, privacy and natural surroundings of the property must be respected at all times.

Large parties and events are not permitted without prior approval.

Check-Out Procedures

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Depending on arrival schedules, the housekeeper may arrive earlier and begin preparing exterior areas such as:

- Pool area
- Garden
- Outdoor seating areas

However, she will not enter the villa interior before 11:00 AM.

For same-day arrivals, housekeeping staff may enter the property grounds from approximately 10:00 AM.

The details of your departure will always be discussed with you the day before check-out.

If there is no arrival scheduled on the same day, a later departure may sometimes be possible for additional charge of 150 euro. Please ask your concierge.

Property Damage

Accidents happen.

If something is damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible by sending a message and a photo via your booking platform.

We will assess the situation and advise whether:

- No action is required
- A repair is necessary
- Replacement costs apply

Prompt communication helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Departure Instructions

Before leaving, please:

- Check wardrobes, drawers and cupboards for personal belongings
- Close all windows
- Close and lock all doors
- Ensure the villa is secured

No additional cleaning or preparation is required from your side.
