- The studio is set in 2500 m² of private, unfenced grounds. The garden has typical Corsican vegetation with oaks, olive trees, oleander bushes and cacti.
- The private terrace is surrounded by oak trees, with a magnificent view over the bay and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is in a quiet neighborhood, with spacious hillside grounds overlooking one of Corsica's most beautiful beaches and guaranteed unforgettable sunsets.

Activities :
Ile Rousse town center is 1.7 km away. Here you can visit the magnificent old town, go shopping and find many interesting restaurants and cafés. On the two beaches in the bay, which are only a few minutes away, you can sunbathe, and a small part can also be used as a nudist area, for surfing and windsurfing. In the town, there's a large square for playing pétanque, a diving club, several tennis courts and a squash center.
