" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"Loved the charm of this place! We stayes in one of the bungalows. We own a boutique hotel ourselves in Mexico so we wanted something similar in experience and we found it. The staff was top notch! The beach was very nice with lots of white sand! Private parking area even for our large SUV. Pool was pristine. Can't say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay."

"La habitación limpia y muy amplia, el spa para niños con una atención de lujo muchos detalles para lo pequeñitos y un ambiente súper familiar, la experiencia culinaria de los restaurantes es de otro nivel TOP TOP. Mi única sugerencia sería una mejor comunicación por parte de la concierges, sobre todo la del turno AM, ya que tuvimos temas con las reservas y actividades. También podrían mejorar los tiempos de atención el servicio de bebidas."
