We needed a place to stay for a wedding in Port Jeff, NY, and this great little place was perfect--better than a hotel room, and less expensive, too. Great neighborhood and check-in/check out was simple. We'll definitely be back next time we have to go to LI!

Very quiet and peaceful. My stay was awesome and the host is very friendly. Coming back to the apartment was like coming home every time. Thank you David for a great stay. The apartment is beautiful.

This is like an ADU attached to the house in a nice residential area good and nice scenery for walking. Place very comfortable with good lighting and very quiet-no noise or sound coming in from outside or the residents who are the owners. Readily available by text and extremely accommodating with very pleasant demeanor and eager to make it perfect. Combination lock-no key to loose. Great lighted walking path from front snd feeling of being safe and secured. Walmart superstore accessible by car. We had a great week!

The apartment is large and clean with a modern heating/cooling system that functions well. The location was perfect for visiting my friends in the area and going to the beach. The one thing that needs improvement is the kitchen. Even though there is sufficient room there is no table, only a 1’x3’ bracket mounted to the wall and a couple of bar stools. What little counter space there is is occupied by a large microwave. The microwave needs to be located off to the side somewhere so the counter can be used! I came expecting to use the kitchen for breakfast and lunch, but there aren’t any bowls. I had my oatmeal on a dinner plate! A can opener and a collender would be good additions to accommodate guests like myself who plan to use the kitchen. If the kitchen is made more functional I would definitely consider staying there again.
