We knew exactly where this apartment hotel was. Its location is right over looking the beach just perfect for us. We did read the hotel needed updating We booked a one bedroom apartment and paid extra for a sea view, which was beautiful. The apartment was big, very clean but needs an update. We had a very comfortable 6’ wide bed. The staff are all lovely people, very courteous and friendly. The hotel is very clean. The only downside was having to pay €40 to use the safe in our room. Felt this was excessive. We have never paid to use the safe in an hotel before. We wish the reception staff could smile a bit more and be more friendly. However we are hoping to return next year.

Filthy, damaged and dangerous
You’ve had several phone calls and communications from me explaining that due to the appalling condition of the rooms we were unable to stay in the hotel. We booked into another hotel and stayed in that hotel for the whole duration of the holiday. You were unable to secure a refund and apart from speaking to the night porter you did nothing to help. Very disappointing customer service in your part.
Black mould on the shower head and in between all tiles.
Filthy taps on the bath and sink.
Sofa bed breaks when you sit on it!

Our room smelled musty (we had to sleep with the door open to breathe!), it was dirty and run down. It reminded me of student hostels in Eastern Europe, where we stayed during a class trip in elementary school in 1998. We could switch rooms after 2 days, our 2nd room was ok, but the 1st one basically ruined our mood for the whole stay. I don’t understand how they still operate and have the nerve to sell these rooms for this price. Beach is ok, but water is not clear and is crowded with old people. Everything is very overpriced, but bad quality. You constantly feel ripped off.

Bellissima struttura su Coral Bay, situata sul mare e con una bellissima piscina. Eccellente la ristorazione. Le camere sono grandi e hanno tutte un grande terrazzo! Pulizie tutti i giorni e personale sempre gentile e disponibile! Ci tornerò!

Great location
Great location next to the beach, cheap and cheerful. Very dated decor bit it was clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. However, on arrival i was told that there was no room available for that night so i was taken to a villa 5km away to stay while a room became available. Not ideal.

Worst Manager Ever - don't stay here
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in I can't actually believe you have this on your website Manager is the rudest most horrible individual I booked 16 rooms for a work event and she must of screamed at most of us. I will be taking my complaints further

All good but hotel need some money sjemt on upgrading. Maintenance poor. Tennis court out of action... not enough pillows... wifi only avsilable in reception But would come back again... service good... breakfast exvellent... lovely location... nice swimming pool... staff always friendly and helpful

The hotel decor is dated and the room amenities (sockets, wifi, drying facilities) are limited so our initial reaction was slight disappointment. BUT the hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfasts were very good but the dinners were a tad repetitive. I'd recommend B&B rather than full or half board. The best thing about the hotel was its location - right on the fabulous beach, close to several restaurants / tavernas for some choice - but far enough away to be quiet. Its also on the bus route (every 20 mins) into Coral Bay and Paphos when we wanted more entertainment. Overall, a good place to stay.

this is a pretty old hotel and the rooms are very simple with old furniture.internet is available in the lobby. the hotel is very clean and the service is good. the beach near is amazing

The property sits right on the best beach in Paphos, Coral Bay. The view is breathtaking. The pool is very nice, the pool bar is good. The rooms are very spacious. The property is aged, and the rooms require refurbishment.

The hotel keep clean but is in desperate needs of renovating, it's like stepping back into the 70's. If you want a lovely beach this is a great location but for eating out the restaurants are about a mile away, you can get the bus for 1.50 euro each way.

In need of improvement
Comfortable room but very dated. Only one plug socket so had to unplug the TV to plug in my phone charger. Good selection at breakfast but not great quality - I would definitely recommend avoiding the hot cooked items and sticking to the fruits, yogurts and cereals. Staff generally friendly but you get the impression the realise how dated the once grand hotel is starting to look. Could definitely do with a fresh round of investment to bring it back up the standard it deserves.

Fantasic Position
Our short stay was very enjoyable and and although our bed was very comfortable my sons single bed was very very had and not comfortable at all. If we had been staying for longer I would have had to complain about it, but since it we were there for only the one night didn't bother.

It was okay but didn't get the room I paid for but overall a lovely place and staff are all lovely. Luckily I know the area well so didn't spend much time in my room anyway

Stayed for a Wedding at Coral Bay
Handy location for a wedding at Coral Bay, 15 min walk into town but a straight road and really lovely on a nice day. It's basic but amazing prices so good for what you pay, must mention that the Staff are super friendly which made for an overall lovely stay.

Отель "подуставший", много зарубежных пенсионеров (возможно, это совпадение только в наш заезд). Тихий, спокойный. Без долбежки музыки. Красивый вид с лужайки, можно лежать на шезлонге на газоне на территории отеля и любоваться видом на "Корал бей". Из питания брали полупансион, всё шведский стол: завтраки обычные, ужины - очень достойные, разнообразные, много мяса, разнообразные гарниры, вкусные десерты и выпечка. Если нужен спокойный отдых - можно рекомендовать. Рядом с отелем, в-нашей достцпности, на наш взгляд, ничего интересного. В Пафосе брали машину-на прокат, много ездили по району. После ужина, например, иногдада выбирались в Пафос, погулять - это 10 км от отеля.

We arrived at 10pm tired and hungry to find, along with two other sets of travellers that we were to be decanted for the night to another hotel. We finally ate at a kebab place about midnight as all the hotel facilities were closed. We didn't get access to our room until 2pm the following afternoon which restricted our first day activities. Our self catering apartment was sparsely equipped with no kettle or toaster. We got a kettle which burnt our fingers on the on/off switch and the handle once the kettle had boiled - dangerous. The cleaner was lovely but the sofas full of crumbs and there was no Sunday cleaning or even clearing the loo bins. The staff were very pleasant but we felt that what could and should have been a great place was a bit lacking and simply ok which is a pity. It's position right next to a wonderful beach has more potential to be maintained and maximised as it is without needing to be upgraded beyond our pockets.

Сначала заселили в комнату без вида на море и намного меньшую, чем оплачивали, на следующий день переселили в больший номер с частичным видом на море. Пришлось тратить время на переговоры о переселении. Пляж прекрасный и рядом с отелем.

Run away!
First of all, run away! This is barely a two-star hotel and is more of a bed and breakfast. The furniture is old, the TV is small, the room wasn't that clean and there are no amenities. When you go there, you will find a soap and some towels; no coffee/tea, complimentary water, conditioner, lotion, or shampoo! The reception will tell you to go and buy your own stuff because they simply don't provide them! Instead, they have a shop that opens 24/7 from which you can buy whatever you need. The breakfast was mediocre and nothing tasted good! I originally booked a sea-view studio and when I got there the hotel was overbooked. So, I was given a one-bedroom apartment with an obstructed view (you can't see the sea!). When I spoke to the reception (particularly someone called Harry), he was said they didn't have any sea-view studios available and that was the best they could do. He didn't even seem to be apologetic or anything. I was really upset with their lack of customer relation/satisfaction. My stay was ruined by the Hotel.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per 15 giorni e siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento che ci hanno dato era enorme con una bellissima terrazza vista mare. Pulizia giornaliera e cambio biancheria ogni 2 giorni. Piscina bella e mai affollata. Wi-fi raggiungibile anche dalla camera. Ottima vacanza!

Good location, a basic yet comfortable hotel
We spent a week at the Corallia Beach in August. We had booked a studio with a sea view and were surprised at how large the studio apartment was, it was huge! We were also pleased with the sea view, with the apartment on the ground floor overlooking the gardens and the sea just beyond. We arrived late at night and were greeted with arrival drinks and a snack, which was a thoughtful touch, and were promptly checked in and shown to our room. Due to such a late arrival we decided to make our way quickly to the Coral Bay strip to grab an evening meal. On returning to our apartment it appeared that the remains of our arrival drinks had attracted a rather large amount of ants. After calling reception a can of insect spray was provided with the promise that the cleaners would come in the very next morning to take care of it. I requested the possibility to move to another room but was told this wouldn't be possible as the hotel was full. Although the staff were friendly and the cleaners did come to clean out the room (although due to the circumstances I would have expected a much more thorough deep clean than was provided) this was a very disappointing start to our holiday and meant we were unable to have any snacks or drinks in our room or use the self catering facilities. Overall the hotel is in a great location and provided us a comfortable base to explore coral bay and the wider paphos area. You get what you pay for at the Corallia Beach, comfortable basic accommodation

l'hotel n'avait plus les chambres (studios) qui correspondaient à notre réservation, et il a fallut se battre pour avoir quelque chose de mieux (et non des chambres moins bien) que ce que l'on avait réservé. Nous avions réservés deux studios avec vue mer, pour une famille et une personne seule, et ils voulaient tous nous mettre dans le même appart. Au final, ils ont mis la famille dans le grand appart qu'ils nous proposaient au début, mais ont essayé de mettre la personne seule dans un studio bruyant qui ne correspondait pas à la réservation: deux lits jumeaux au lieu d'un grand lit, avec une salle de bain infestée de fourmis, et pleine de moisissure. En plus, ce studio était très bruyant car à côté des toilettes de la piscine - ils ont proposé un studio grand lit avec vue parking, et il a fallu demander à parler au manager pour enfin avoir quelque chose qui correpondait à la réservation. Les buffets du soir et matin sont OK pour le prix, mais rien de magnifique. Par contre faire payer le buffet du petit déjeuner aux enfants de 3 ans qui ne mangent pas c'est un peu abusé. La piscine est bien, mais les employés font les traitements chimiques à 8h30 le matin, lorsque la piscine ouvre à 9h (mais est accessible en fait en continu) - donc il n'y a pas d'information sur les traitements en cours (ce qui n'est pas top lorsque l'on a des enfants en bas-âge). La plage privée de l'hôtel est payante - ce qui n'est pas précisé sur le site.

Corvallia Beach Apartment
Besides the fantastic location the hotel doesn't have much going for it. It is tired and dated. The rooms are extremely basic, we only had two power sockets in the whole apartment, none of which were in the bedroom or near a mirror to help getting dressed for the evenings. Air con was okay but old. No wifi in rooms. Pool was clean and big enough. Setting on the beach front is lovely. Gym was basic and had no air con so it was like working out in a sauna. The breakfast had a large selection but the quality was poor. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel unless you get it for next to nothing and are prepared to have only the very basics.

Lovely hotel with nice gardens
The hotel has lovely gardens and is almost on the beach. The staff are very helpful and there is a convenient shop adjacent to reception in case you want to cater for yourself.

Tire hotel apartments - a place to sleep
I was very disappointed with my stay at Corallia. The rooms were very basic with the air conditioning just blowing air. It didn't touch base with the heat in Cyprus. There was no Wi Fi in our room at all and only one power point in the kitchen area to either charge devices or use your own hair dryer. Although one is provided in the room, it wasn't hair salon quality for people with long and thick hair. Reception hands you a tv remote but when you try and use it, there are no channels to watch. Only when I checked out did they advise me that it needed to be tuned with only terrestrial channels. The website is very misleading in its facilities. There was no table tennis, pool table or arcade games for the kids as specified. The bowling green is across the parking but no golf nearby! Some of the foreign staff were so rude to my kids. At the bar, and restaurant, there was no willingness to accommodate easy requests. Dinner was always buffet and if you just wanted some fruit or dessert, they wanted to charge you full price. After complaining to the owner, they accommodated a fair price but this had to happen every time for the entire duration of my stay. At the end, I preferred to visit surrounding cafes/restaurants and avoided the "hotel". The rooms seemed to only be cleaned every second day and the bath towels were not dry properly as lack of hanging space. no dishwashing liquid or cloths provided for kitchen.This does not get cleaned at all. shower gel/shampoo/tissues not incl

Lovely hotel right on the beach
Just returned from a four day stay in coral bay and stayed at Corallia beach where we couldn't have been treated better! Perfect location as we were going to a family wedding literally next door! Can't speak highly enough of facilities and staff! My wife and 8 year old son wished we had stayed longer and we probably would have, had it been in school holiday time!

Perfect stay.
1st time at this hotel. Was perfect for us and would highly recommend a visit. From the reception staff, housekeepers, even the gardeners were so friendly. The hotel/pools and surrounding areas were kept immaculate.
