The host communicated well as for safe entry and lock up procedures. There was plenty of room for me and it was a relaxing time. I would recommend this Private room.

Cozy
Place is overall great. Location is really good and there’s easy access to downtown Vancouver. Only complaints would be that the advertising stated we’d have the whole place to ourselves, when in reality you just get a private room, but that wasn’t a big problem for us. Also would’ve been nice to have access to clean water, since all we had was the bathroom sink and my water bottle didn’t fit inside it. Other than that awesome!

NICE PLACE TO STAY
The room is as described on the website. The house is located in a very quiet area and it is very easy to get to Vancouver by public transportation. The owners of the house are very nice. I would have liked that for the 10 day stay they would have provided us with clean bed linen and towels so that we could change them. If I were to return to Vancover I would stay there again.

A great place to stay!
The private room met our needs as we were out and about all day with family. The room was clean-as was the bathroom. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood. Access was easy. Thank you!!

Comfortable but needs more equipment.
The room was adequate and clean but lacking things such as utensils, drinking glasses, plates, dish soap, dish towel etc. We also did not like entering through the host’s front door into their sitting room.

We felt the area was secure and were able to leave some bulky items we had purchased in our vehicle without fear of theft.

Bright quiet room with microwave, kettle and refrigerator. Very clean with quality towels and linens. Great place for short stay when you are in Coquitlam.

We enjoyed our stay at Quiet and big room in Coquitlam. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean and big! The amenities met all our needs. We didn't use the TV or the fridge, but on another trip, those would be very useful. I would recommend this accommodation to all - good value for the cost, as well.
