I liked his responses. The same day a local friend toured the compound and assured us that the spaces she saw were clean. "We were a party of four couples. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break."

"Roger is a very nice and accommodating host. He allowed us to check in early and check out late. The house is quite large and close to the train station and only take 20 minutes to reach London Victoria Station. We did have to wash the dishes before using them and the house could use some cleaning. The linens and towels were all clean so no issues there."

"My daughter and I stayed in Tooting to get a feel for the town and to look at dorms in case she came to school in London. It was the perfect place to use as a home base. The apartments was exactly as the pictures, clean, cozy and good location with the bus. Everything was perfect for cooking and hanging out. We will stay here again."

"Our stay went off without a hitch and we stayed quite comfortably. Communication was easy and check-in and -out instructions were great. The apartment is outfitted with all the necessary basics for cooking and relaxing. Everything matches the pictures and the descriptions. The surrounding area has loads of cute shops and restaurants, as well as a nice grocery store."
