"We had a fabulous relaxing holiday break with our grandchildren. All the staff were friendly, helpful, informative and kind. The accommodation for two adults and 2 children was spacious with all the amenities we could need or want. The children loved the pool, tennis, games area and hobby farm. We all enjoyed Beaches Restaurant and strolling around the property. Diligent maintenance staff were upgrading, fixing and attending to everyday jobs along with long term work. Had everything we needed for a wk stay, kept on extending it as there was no other place we rather stay at. 2 min drive from the mall and all amenities, waterfront is a few mins drive away as well. Great quality linen, towels, bath products and shower pressure was perfect. Very private and easy parking, yet on the main road and fast to get into the bridge to go into the city. Would book again! "

"Noticeably clean and thoughtfully curated property. Was a perfect overnight stay for a family of four including 2 school-aged children. The unit is actually the front-half of a larger property - door separating the 2 in the middle of the house but blocked off. Whilst the back property was occupied and using the driveway, any noise was limited."

"Bellerive Bluff is a beautiful home in a great location with amazing views. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable for a good nights sleep. The renovated bathroom had a large bathtub with the choice of a large shower rose or handheld shower wand over the bathtub. The kitchen was large and fully equipped with all you need to make your own meals. Large Dining & Living Rooms are the central area of the house. Plenty of seating in the Living room with the amazing view...

"We stayed in the Western Penthouse. This property is beautiful, large open plan living and kitchen/dining. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater and the view out the bay and to Mt Wellington is stunning. Three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate laundry make it feel like home away from home. Complimentary laundry powder, wash/shampoo/conditioner is supplied. Nothing was a problem, fresh towels were supplied when requested. Thank you for a lovely stay. We definitely recommend...

Only down side was it gets very hot on warm days with only a split system on the middle floor we had to buy a fan and its needs a big comfy lounge to lay back on with foot rests after long days out walking.
