Copper Valley 202 is a ski in and walk out condo in the Center Village of Copper Mountain. It's an easy walk to the Center Village lifts, the Pitchfork lift and Green Acres beginner area is just above the condo or you can ski over to the Super Bee Lift in the East Village. The athletic club and all of the shops and restaurants in Center Village are close by as well as the resort shuttles to take you to other parts of the resort. At the end of the day, ski right to the condo building and avoid the crowds trying to get back to the parking lots.

Copper Valley offers a common swimming pool (kept at 100 degrees in the winter), 1 designated spot in the common garage, a ski locker for storing all of your gear and common laundry facilities. There are some first come/first serve outdoor parking spots at the building for a potential second vehicle.

The condo itself features a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, 2 bathrooms (completely remodeled in the Fall of 2023), gas fireplace and deck off the back of the unit. Bedding goes King bed in the master, Queen bed in the second bedroom and additional Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living area.
