The home is beautiful and very convenient to the slopes. It wasn’t completely cleaned when we arrived but we did wipe down the fridge drawers that had red juice, and staircase, which had prints from snow. The heated floors are wonderful. Don’t really need heater as sun heats up home during the day it would get quite warm. We enjoyed watching the skiers and the lockers for our unit on the lower level was great. This is our first visit to Copper Mountain and we really enjoyed it. The parking for this unit is a bit tricky but we managed with 4 autos and neighbors having room to get in and out. The kitchen is fabulous for larger groups, we cooked every day. The showers and steam rooms were great after a full day of skiing.Thank you for sharing your home with us, we really appreciate it. You have a beautiful home and we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful memories.

Its an awesome place to stay in. The house is so beautiful and the host was so kind of to have us on the property. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Its so strategically located that you have easy access to all the activities around. We would definitely plan to come and stay here again.

Best one yet

We spent a week here while the leaves were falling. So perfect! We visit summit county twice a year and this house was the best one yet. Great veiws, trails right out the back yard. The game room was amazing. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had everything you needed. The beds and couches were all so comfortable. Also the management team was great.

Perfect End of summer getaway

First off the process for booking the rental and working with River Ridge rental properties was amazing after that we arrived into the home with an early check-in and everything was perfect super clean, organized good temperature in the house. Everything was good. The only issue we had was at one point the sink in the basement which is an under mount sink collapsed down just because the epoxy had fallen. I immediately contacted River Ridge rentals and they were very understanding and easy to work with and didn’t question us. We sent them pictures easy and we haven’t had any issues after it’s been a good experience. It’s a great location just up the hill from the resort. We walked directly off the back patio to go hiking and explore. Great entertainment room in basement for watching multiple sports and movies. The children (3-13) loved the home as well. They have a plethora of books and games through the home. Just beware: the freezer is in the left … we learned the hard way as all our food was frozen in the AM!! When we had initially opened it it was not super. Cold and assumed just the drawers were freezers!! Highly recommend staying at this property.

Overall a good stay

Pros: - A ample sized home for 19 guests including guests - All amenities were provided in the kitchen and the bathrooms - Great location for people interested in Skiing - Laundry onsite, with detergent provided for guests. Cons: - Not cleaned at all levels, Basement and Patio were dusty. Barbecue area was not cleaned - House was a little old, so the hot and cold water management system was sporadic in the showers - One particular room in the basement with no windows, so it was suffocating at night and hard to sleep.

Beautiful Ski-in Ski-out

Beautiful and very spacious. Staff were great at helping us with questions we had and check-in process. Location was perfect with 2 lifts right by the house. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Location

Location: true ski-in/ski-out for green-level skiers. It’s right West Village (at the youth ski school, easier green runs, but easy lift to get to blues/blacks). Parking: Would not recommend more than 2 cars, 3 was doable, 4 would not have been Kitchen: utensils weren’t great (no ladles, spatulas) but plenty of mugs, plates, dishes. Has some spices. 2 refrig, 2 ovens, micro, large stove. Bedrooms: upstairs - master w/jet tub & steam shower & washer/dryer; 2nd master w/steam shower; main floor - no bedrooms; basement - room off pool/tv room that shares bath, room off porch, bunk room. Rooms have king beds, except bunks are Queens. Every room has a bath. Rooms have independent temp control. Ski room was MUCH appreciated and made a difference - lockers, fireplace, boot/glove warmer, table/chairs, refrig. The house was large enough for people to have their own space, but small enough that you were together. Lots of stairs. Anyone with difficulty walking stairs (elderly) probably shouldn’t be here as no bedroom is on the main floor and “hang out” is mostly in the basement. Rental Company - very communicative in everything. It was an easy rental with no surprises (except good).

Large family ski vacation

This home was well equipped, great location, & with space for everyone! We had 14 family members for early ski season. Even though the ski in ski out lift was not quite open, we still enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property

We had four families- 8 adults and 9 children aged 9 years to 6 months. The layout was perfect. There was plenty of space for each family to spread out and for big group meals. The property management was so responsive and quite honestly, they made the trip perfect. It’s a perfect rental!

Great house!

Hosted our annual FFL draft weekend at the house and it was perfect! The video wall was amazing for watching a bunch of live sports and the house was huge so we never felt cramped, even with 12 grown men staying at the property. The kitchen was by far the most stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at, and it enabled us to make all of our meals with ease. There was a prolonged internet outage during our stay that affected our draft, but it appeared to be a larger issue with the surrounding area and not isolated to the house and the management company was very receptive and kind when trying to figure out the situation. And the Sonos/audio system appeared to not be working quite right and/or had some faulty equipment, but that didn't take away from the weekend. All in all, it was a great experience and would recommend the house to anyone especially during ski season!

Perfect Family Low Key House Vacation

This house was our perfect getaway for our family vacation this year. We enjoyed the beautiful nature surrounding us, the activities offered in our area, and benefited from the spacious house where we enjoyed playing family games and a great bar-b-que. Definitely recommend this resort, this house, and this part of Colorado for anyone who is visiting for the first time with any size family (including little ones under 2!).
