We had a great stay at this condo. Everything about it was exactly as described and the accommodations were perfect. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the Copper Village bus route and easy access to the Center Village gondola. The condo itself is very well designed and nicely decorated, and everything was in great working condition. When we come back to Copper, this is the only place we will stay.

Amazing spacious condo, beautiful view from enclosed balcony and comfortable beds!

We had a wonderful week long stay as a family of 4. This condo is quite more spacious than our comparison experience in Passage Point. We loved the outdoor balcony area which has a heater and is fun to water the snow groomers at night while sipping hot chocolate. Beds were VERY comfortable, kitchen well stocked, good sized lockers downstairs. Hot tub is indoors and we did not use but is available when you stay. Fireplace inside works great and heats the condo quickly. We did have to contact the office during our stay and they were extremely fast to come to our condo and help us out then checked in regularly thereafter. Wonderful - we will definitely look to come back again in the future!

Great place, continue the upgrades!

This place is perfect for my family. I'd love to see the continued improvements it seems the owners are making inside. Everything is very nice except for the kitchen cabinet doors. They are in desperate need of repair. This did not impact our stay, it would just be a nice touch. Also perhaps a little nicer bathroom amenities, such as bigger soaps and hair conditioner. Regardless, we'll definitely try to rebook this room again in the near future!

Big Condo with great view of the mountain!

Condo had everything you would need. We bought a new blender for the kitchen, enjoy. The walk to the hill is not bad at all. And what a great mountain. The little covered patio is great for morning coffee and sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location- lots of small things need attention.

The fireplace didn't work. We called the office and followed their directions but it still didn't work. The DVD player worked but the remote would not allow us to actually play the movie. The sink in the bathroom drained slowly. The outlets in the bedroom are so loose my cell phone cord couldn't stay plugged in so I had to charge it in the kitchen. The double bed squeaked so much that when one of us got up in the night it woke the other. And they do not provide shampoo. They provide soap but not shampoo! We came back from skiing to get ready for a nice dinner and couldn't wash our hair. I understand not providing lotion or other niceties but shampoo is a must! These things made our stay much less enjoyable than it should have been.

Location, Location, Location

I have zero complaints about our stay here. We were able to walk to the slopes and come back at lunch to eat and relax. The unit itself was clean and fit 4 people comfortably. I will definitely stay with Copper Vacations again!

Wonderful views and location. Condo had a few issues.

Location location location!! Wonderful views of half pipe, could watch from the porches. Never had to worry about clean towels, always brought fresh towels and toilet paper. We didn’t have a kitchen rag, and the stove front burner didn’t work. When we arrived at the condo the refrigerator door was left open so it was not cold and we were headed to grocery store. Maintenance came right away and let us know it would cool down. Carpet could use a scrubbing it has stains. Overall it was a great condo for the four of us that rented it!!!

View only good thing

This was our eleventh ski vacation staying in a vrbo Copper condo. We always hate to leave but didn't mind it this time. The view is definitely awesome, with Center Village and sight line through burning stones plaza all the way to American Eagle lift. But condition of condo was very poor. Seems like they attempted to update but did not execute renovations well at all! Holes in walls from moved frames were stuffed with putty and just left. New vanity in bathroom didn't fit where they took out the old one; so bare floor without tile around. Lacked "mountain condo" decor. The few wall hangings were hung crooked or off balance. For some reason the large print that should have been hung over the fireplace was just propped on the mantel along with 2 other random pics. There were unsightly holes and rough wall above the propped print-could have covered those by hanging the print! The can lighting that should have been directed to the mantel was instead aimed at the couch; so if you turn those on prepare to be like deer in headlights! The fireplace needed updating. We couldn't find a switch for the odd gas logs so never did have a cozy evening by the fire. We figured we were better off since it didn't look well maintained and could have been a safety concern. The light hanging above the dining table was covered in dust. Needless to say, we didn't eat under it. The worst part of condo ---the carpeting. It was horribly stained and dirty! This wasn't just from boots or outdoor equipment. Large stains in bedroom and living room, with smaller stains throughout. We felt perhaps college kids had stayed for spring break and had a party? No matter the reason, the management for the property (Copper Vacations) should have had the carpeting cleaned! Yuck! Another-yuck-that the management company could have helped was several dirty or broken dishes in the kitchen cabinets. We'll go back to Copper next year, but definitely not to this condo.

Nice Copper Condo

Our stay at the Copper condo was very good. The whole process from booking, check-in, mid week service, and check-out was perfect. Copper Vacations was excellent to work with. The condo was perfect size for my wife and I. It was very quiet and the queen bed comfy. We really enjoyed the sun room with it's view of the village and slopes. I gave it a 4 star rating because it does need a few minor repairs and the walk to the slopes is a little long in ski boots carrying skis. Over-all it is a nice condo at an awesome ski resort!

Great condo and great skiing!

We had an awesome vacation at West Lake lodge at Copper Mtn. The skiing was great and our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 college students) had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice. The view of the mountains was phenomenal and it was a very short walk to ski. It was fantastic to walk back to the condo and make lunch every day. It saved us a lot of money. The space was a nice size for our family. A couple of things we would have enjoyed more. The beds were not great. The hot tub at the condo did not work. The elevator was broken on two different days. However, the very reasonable price of the condo made up for the minor inconveniences. Thank you for a great family vacation!
