Lovely property, but not ski and ski out as advertised

All amenities inside house were lovely. Views were lovely. Fully equipped kitchen. Yet aging faucets, drains, etc. We had to call maintenance almost every day for something. They responded quickly and kindly yet it was a hassle calling them every day for something. The biggest complaint is the ski and ski out. . Not true, hiking carry out, especially with older skiers and younger children.

Place was beyond amazing

Magical location and the place was perfect. Professional communication from property mgmt entire time but never needed to contact them. Blessed to enjoy a late season adventure at Copper. Thanks so much.

Family Ski vacation

Loved this place. Elevator a must lots of stairs. Ski in ski out, but climb up to mountain a little challenging. Skiing down to house great though! Kitchen well equipped except could have used more coffee cups(only 6). Nice having private hot tub too! River Ridge very accommodating and helpful!

A Great Villa

The family loved the Villa and wants to return. We especially enjoyed the well-supplied kitchen and the big dining table with plenty of chairs for the ten of us. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. A special path provided access to the Lumberjack and Kokomo lifts, which even the young children could manage.

Great stay

The house was great and just as described online. We had a small issue with wifi but the host was really responsive and came over to fix it right away. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because after the wifi issue was fixed it still didn't work great on the top 2 floors - with no wifi at all on the top floor. Still a great stay but worth noting.

BEAUTIFUL Rental

We loved our stay at Snowy Pines! What a beautiful property in an amazing location- beautiful views and easy access to I-70 so it's convenient to lots of areas/activities. Super clean and plenty of space. Perfect for 7 adults or 6 adults and 2-4 kids. It even had an elevator!! The grill, multiple decks, and the hot tub was just icing on the cake. Check-in was a breeze and communication was superb. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice with several stairs

Thank goodness for the elevator. I would have liked a nice outdoor deck with a large table and chairs vs the high top with high chairs. All else was as advertised.

Family Vacation

House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. House can be warm in the summer due to no AC. Additional box fan was brought to us to help with air circulation in upstairs bedroom. Enjoyed the close proximity to Copper Mountain and surrounding area activities. We enjoyed our stay and look forward turning again next year.

Walk out, Ski in -- Fabulous

We were here for a 10-night family vacation with our adult children and their partners. The house is huge with multiple levels which offers great privacy. We were skiing and it is an easy walk out the back door from the ski room (with plenty of hooks and cubies) and up about 250 feet to the slopes. From there you have access to the slow Lumberjack lift, or you ski down to 2 highspeed lifts -- at the end of the day, you can ski down to the house. Main living area is open, lots of windows, a nice fireplace, dining room table seats 10 folks easy, and the kitchen is a cooks dream -- we cooked all our meals there. We did have an issue with the heat in one room, but the management company is fabulous -- very responsive to any service request. The home was wonderful, but more impressive was the management company which was by far the best we have ever had, and we do a lot of VRBO renting. We look forward to returning next year!

Absolutely spectacular!

Such a wonderful home in a wonderful location. Our group (5 adults and 2 children) had plenty of space to all enjoy separate time, as well as a plenty of time together. The location at the side of the mountain made for easy trips to go skiing or to enjoy the town.

Great Location

Great location to enjoy the area Copper offers. We used the house as a base for backpacking the area and for one member of our group as a resupply location for thru-hiking the Colorado Trail. Best for those who want a quiet location with direct access to the backcountry. Not the best if you are looking for a walk around town experience.

Excellent Property

Overall the property was excellent, the accommodations exceeded expectations. I loved the steam shower, in the master bath. The floors are heated which keeps the place warm and comfy. It is a ski-in, Ski out, but there is a walk required up a hill about 100 yards and for the most part it's a path, that was snow firm enough to walk on and ski on but it is narrow for snowplowing down to the door. That said access is pretty easy. Overall loved the place and was amazingly well appointed!

Wonderful home

We were fortunate enough to enjoy the property with our friends and family. The adults and children (ages 2-7) had a wonderful time. We hope to have the opportunity to enjoy this home again in the near future.

Everything non refundable

This property was very nice and on the ski slopes in the Lewis ranch area. New furniture scattered throughout the townhome. Nice looking but couches not comfortable in the living room. Great kitchen. Nice layout. Hot tub old and had some leaks on the water feature and some settings /pumps did not function but sort of worked overall. Was originally found “stuck” at 105 degrees which is dangerously hot. Fixed by opening and closing the breaker to reset. Master mattress should be replaced- indents on each side of the mattress. No screens on the doors in the upstairs master. Other windows in that room don’t open- and with no AC had to open doors- bugs came in the room. We made these reservations in January during covid before vaccines were readily available. So we didn’t know what the situation would be by the time the rental was scheduled in late July early August. So we planned to drive not fly and bring our dogs - as at the time of booking our kennel was closed due to covid. This booking offered no refund for any reason. During our stay we notified the property manager that we did not bring the dogs and asked for the return of our pet deposit. It was denied. This was the only Vrbo rental that we had over our 6 week trip and 4 other Vrbo rentals that would not return out pet deposit. Renter beware!! I would rent this property again but not as long as they use the same property manager- River Ridge Rentals.
