Walk to lift is a bit deceiving, if you don't mind a long walk in boots and carrying ski's maybe, they definitely should list this unit as a shuttle property. They do offer a free shuttle but you call and leave a message and generally it took them 20 minutes but after a long day of skiing 20 minutes standing in the cold is annoying. The shuttle drivers are super friendly and do their best but just not enough of them for day hours. The unit is listed as "sleeps 10", luckily the majority of our stay we had 5 people so it was perfect, you can sleep 8 easily but the 2 bathrooms (one being very small) would be challenging. The dining and bar chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs ever made, luckily they have pillows in a window seat which we all used as seat cushions making chairs usable. Kitchen utensils are in need of replacements and fire place doesn't work. The master bedroom mattress has to be 20 years old, its almost comical how bad it is when you lay down, good thing we were exhausted from skiing all day. Maid service isn't provided but didn't count on being told we were responsible for loading dishwasher and taking out garbage on our last day. We are extremely clean, neat guest so that isn't an issue for us but the dumpster at end of street was overflowing our whole trip so this becomes an issue. This was our first trip to Copper Mountain and we loved the skiing so will return but looking for a newer, ski in ski out unit next time.
