"The check-in was confusing. Too many steps. I think it was also because it was two separate rooms and it wasn't clear to me the difference between the lock box numbers and room numbers. It was also unclear where the actual rooms were after finding the lockbox. GPS was trying to direct me to Breckenridge, not Copper Mountain.
