Pleasantly Suprised!

7 of us ranging from 24-58 years old. All levels of skiers. East Village is situated at base of black runs but location can’t be beat and you can get from West Village to this location via Blue runs. Lots of room in the condo, clean sheets, pleasant neighbors. 4 pieces missing from kitty puzzle but the puzzle game overall is solid!

Okay

The dishwasher doesn’t get the dishes clean and the microwave doesn’t work. Things are broken around the unit. The place needs upgrading but the location is awesome.

Great location/unacceptable accomodations

This unit was super convenient, location was amazing. But the unit had several broken appliances. The furniture was old, several pieces broken. Overall, the unit was not clean. Cookware was old and not clean. Hot showers off the master were non-existent. We will use Fox Pine again, but will NEVER stay in 317/19.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in process is unnecessarily inconvenient. Information is unclear and confusing. Condo is pretty rundown but more importantly, the description of the place is incorrect. It says there are 14 beds, but there are 6. There was also no mention of how inconvenient the parking situation is. The condo sleeps about 10 but there is only a spot for one car which was never mentioned. When I asked about this the host was responsive but very rude and incredibly unhelpful. He assured us that we could park overnight in a public lot down the street but there were signs all over which clearly stated "no overnight parking." He offered no solution so we paid to park elsewhere. I have to emphasize that he is very rude and condescending.

We had an amazing stay! The place was great and the instructions for check-in and checkout were easy, clear, and very thorough. They were also incredibly accommodating with a later checkout time, which we really appreciated.The hot tub was awesome after a long day, and you truly can’t beat the location — right on the mountain and just footsteps from Super Bee. It made everything so convenient.The condo comfortably slept all 12 of us with plenty of space to hang out, play games, and enjoy family dinners together. We also loved the guaranteed two parking spots — such a huge plus!The place was clean and while it’s a little outdated, we didn’t need anything fancy. For the price, you absolutely can’t beat it. We would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: copper was great - lodging was a complete rag, not sure why this place is on your rental list. I would be embarrassed to show this place to my dog.

Up for a bike tour.

When I think of what we really needed for the weekend, it was a bed to sleep and not much more. We looked past the dirty dishes in the cupboards, lack of garbage bags, non-functioning dish disposal, dirty showers, and the fact my bed was held up by empty paint cans. The location and number of people we could hold was great. Perfect hot tub and back patio with nice view of the mountain.

Great location, plenty of space in bedrooms and bathrooms.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and we had difficulties getting a lot of the outlets to work. It wasn’t the cleanest unit and needs some overall updating on worn components of the unit.

Property needs cleaning and updating

This property received 2 stars solely based on location. It is a very short walk to the super bee lift which makes it ideal for skiing. i would have given it one star if it weren't for that. This was the dirtiest, most uncomfortable place we have ever rented. Yes, there are a lot of beds so it can accommodate many people but be ready for a unit that has had no care given to it in ages. There was food under the sofa and on the kitchen floor when we arrived. We had to sweep and clean just to feel like we could stay there. The bathrooms were dirty, toilet seats broken, shower doors that didn't close. The living room furniture was so worn that you sank into holes when sitting on it and usually couldn't get out. Vertical and horizontal blinds in every room were torn, broken or not even there. This unit is aged and is in severe need of updating and some care. And whoever does the cleaning needs to be relieved of their duties. It was filthy. Honestly, we have stayed many places and aren't that picky, but when you pay a lot of money the least I expect is a clean unit. I would be embarrassed to be the management company of this property. I would suggest paying a little more and getting a better unit. As we walked down the hall and peered into other units we were even more disappointed. Other places looked clean and up to date. I was happy to get home into a clean shower after our trip. Sorry for the negative review but we were totally ripped off and I would never recommend this unit.
