Hotel aceptable y bien ubicado !!
En general bien y muy buena ubicación. Las habitaciones no soy muy grandes y no te puedes olvidar de pedir que te limpien la habitacion sino te quedaras sin limpieza.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie
No regresaré Mucho ruido de máquinas que impedía dormir, no me aclararon sus políticas de limpieza de habitación (uno lo tiene que pedir, pues no hacen la habitación diario), no hay canales de televisión para turistas y se escucha todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones al lado.

Ubicación perfecta para visitar Copenhague
Hotel muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Copenhague, ideal para llegar cómodamente a cualquier parte de la ciudad, incluyendo una parada de metro justo delante. No limpian la habitación durante la estacia si no lo pides expresamente. Mi habitación (123) tenía la ventana con el cerrojo roto, por lo que no ajustaba bien y se escuchaba bastante ruido durante la noche. El desayuno está bien, aunque podría tener más variedad.

Gran decepción.
No era la primera visita a este hotel. Está bien situado, junto al ayuntamiento y se llega fácil a todo el centro, caminando. La habitación no es pequeña (escogimos la más grande). Importante: en ocho días sólo nos hicieron la cama en dos ocasiones, amparándose en no se sabe qué protocolo covid!!! Increible, pero cierto. Tampoco disponía de alfombrilla para salir de la ducha ni, por supuesto, de zapatillas para andar por la habitación. La verdad, una decepción.

During the summer and when Covid-19 still were very much around us, we gave our guests the option to decide to if they wanted cleaning of the room every day or not. This was simply out of considerations to all our guests and to keep the spread of Covid-19 down. This was informed up on arrival to all our guests. If you wanted to have cleaning every day, that would of course have been something that we would have been provided you. We apologize that this was not communicated well enough to you. We had a great one-night stay at the Scandic Palace Hotel. The location was excellent, right next to a metro stop and Tivoli Gardens. It is so walkable to every site in the city center. The staff was also friendly and the included breakfast was generous and very good. One thing to know is that you can hear the bells ringing until midnight at least, and then again in the morning. It did not bother us much though. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a convenient stay in a historic building!

The property is not as updated as it might be. I’ll hold the building with plenty of charm, but many of the features are not working that well like plumbing and electrical.

Convenient location, steps away from the metro and central train station. Near Tivoli and not too far from Nyhavn. Clean hotel, decent size rooms. We had a fridge and tea kettle. Tap water is drinkable. Love the deep bathtubs. Just a sliding frosted glass door for the bathroom so not much privacy if you are sharing the room. Great buffet breakfast, lots of variety. Stayed for 6 nights, would stay again.

Struttura situata nel centro cittadino, comoda alla metro ed alle vie adicenti del centro piene di negozi, bar e ristoranti. Il letto della camera standard è piccolo (una piazza e mezzo) per due persone, e poi era un divano letto con i classici copriletto singoli, divisi. Scomodo il materasso ed i cuscini. La pulizia della camera è su richiesta e prenotazione tramite sito internet: se vado in hotel, pretendo che la camera venga sistemata e cambiati gli asciugamani TUTTI i giorni, altrimenti vado in un B&B! La colazione dovrebbe essere più variegata nella parte "dolce", cerano solo i croissant e waffel (che dovevi cucinarti da solo). Tutto sommato per 3 notti non è stato del tutto malaccio, anche se c'è tanto da migliorare!

The hotel locate in a busy area which you have Metro within 2 mins walking and you can shop around. Staffs are very helpful since we need to extend our stay in same room.

The complimentary breakfast was really good. It was a perfect location by shopping, Tivoli Gardens, and city hall. The room was clean with a comfy bed and staff was really nice. Would definitely stay here again

There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel my stay here was perfect from start to finish. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast were also helpful and friendly always smiling. The room was clean and tidy and well equipped. Loved the position of the hotel too right in the centre of everything.

The Star goes to the wonderful location the hotel is in. After that, everything is negative. The hotel tries to fleece your money if you just happen to arrive 1 hour early for an early checkin - they mentioned the room was available, but that would incur almost 30 EURO change if I opted for early checkin. We experienced the same during check out day, my father is disabled, we requested 2 extra hours check out and were advised its 30 EURO per hour. They do offer you to bag tag so you can leave your bag in an unsecure room however upon bag collection, they just let you go in the unsecure room unattended to collect your bags and the bag tag then becomes irrelevant as you could swipe other bags. The breakfast has sloppy eggs, most of the items had been cooked for a while and was not at optimal temperature. They provide breads to cut but no toaster, for that you have to hand your bread to the chef, who takes it and has a hidden toaster, you have to keep hovering around as they don't deliver it back to your table. Poor. The issues I believe arise from the hotel chain. The staff at reception were wonderfully pleasing. It's the ridiculous policies. The room wasn't cleaned to standard also which I want to make note of. We also discovered that you have to book your breakfast slot and cleaning slot 24 hours before. The whole point of a trip away is to be stress free but the policies at this hotel only gives you stress.

Booked for cleaning however there is no cleaning done only the duvet folded to its original and replaced the dirty towels. Hairbody soap is empty. However your staff are polite and friendly. Needs modernisation of the furniture.

The Scandic Palace is a classy old hotel that’s no longer the star of Copenhagen hotels but it’s beautiful and the location is excellent. The breakfast is very filling and has a lot of variety, though don’t expect Danish delicacies like pastries, a wide variety of cheeses or smoked fish. Still, there is plenty for everyone. The eco focus of the hotel is great.

the place is accessible for transports, bar ,restaurant , and point of interest. Throw away from Tivoli Garden . Hotel is old I need to upgrade , though still well kept . All good here , only the room services is a bit of pain. Unless you book a cleaning they will not do it and don't refill the toiletries . otherwise all good

The staff was warm and welcoming, a perfect introduction to the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room well appointed. The breakfast was exceptional: a plethora of healthy options and traditional Danish breakfast foods. It was fresh, varied, plentiful, beautifully presented, and tasty.

An excellent hotel ideally placed in central Copehangen. The staff were very friendly, especially Eric (I believe that was his name) who checked us in and recommended places to visit.
