I think this property is a good option for being in the city center at a reasonable price. The beds were comfortable and it’s close to a lot of things you want to see. It has a decent shower and nice kitchen. Some not so great things…the apartment needs more lighting, especially in the bathroom. They need a light above the mirror - this has been mentioned by other guests as well. The apartment is above a cafe with outside seating. It can get loud, but you are in the city center. The walkway outside to the stairs isn’t great. It was pretty dirty and the stairs up to the apartment are very steep and there is no elevator. You have to take your trash down to a “trash room” in the basement at the bottom of the stairs. It smells horrible in there. Not something I want to deal with on vacation. I think the price is fair for Copenhagen so if you are willing to overlook some of these things, it might be a good option for you.

Similar to other reviews, the location is excellent and probably the best part. The check-in process was a little different. No front desk, nobody to greet you and show you around. They give you a code to a lockbox and you enter off the street into a hallway, then another door to go up the stairs. They give you good directions and we figured it out; just not what we’re used to. There’s only two of us and it was a lot of space. Kitchen was large and appliances are nice. (No microwave though). Bed linens, pillows, and towels are good quality. A lot of windows so there is nice natural day light (although most of the views are of other apartments or rooftop). At night, however, the apartment does not have great lighting. I had to bring one of the side table lamps into the bathroom because there’s only one dim light over the shower. I would not recommend this place for anyone with mobility or stair issues. No elevator. Carrying large luggage up and down 2 flights of narrow spiral stairs was a challenge. There are also a coupe steps inside the apartment that would be easy to trip or slip. The place was very quiet except for Friday night. There’s a bar/bistro with outdoor seating directly below the window in the main bedroom and young people were drinking and loud until 5:00am. I was able to put in earplugs and we slept fine. Not sure why it only Friday night. Maybe the bar offers happy hour prices all night? In summary, I would recommend this place if you know what to expect.

Location for the sights is excellent, but with that comes noise from either upstairs or the bar/restaurant downstairs. Agree with other posters that better lights are needed. The outlet is ready to go above the mirror for a light. The common space upon entry needs to be attended to - all lights out for the initial walkway.
