First, the positives... the apartment is located as central as you can get, right in the middle of the pedestrian/shopping area of Copenhagen and a short walk to all major attractions.
The apartment itself is quite large for a European apartment, and has modern appliances / furniture (Ikea-grade). It's well kept and in good shape overall. There is an elevator directly into the apartment.
However, there are some major shortcomings as well (some fixable, some not).
First and most significantly, there is a rooftop bar/club across the street that is LOUD until very late, making it nearly impossible to sleep in the street-facing bedroom without earplugs (even with the windows closed). Even watching TV can be difficult. Since there is no A/C (not unusual in this region) , you really do need the windows open in the summer for comfort, which makes it even louder. The noise doesn't seem to die down until well after midnight.
The rear bedroom is much better, but only having one usable bedroom defeats the purpose of renting a 2BR. The interior elevator door also makes some rather loud noises any time the elevator is used (fortunately doesn't seem very often, but can be jarring).
The other issues were really around the cleaning/stocking of the apartment. The overall cleanliness wasn't bad, but the bathroom could use a more professional cleaning. The apartment seems to be missing some very basic necessities. No hand soap. No trash cans (anywhere) or even trash bags? No paper towels. If you were staying for a month you could just buy all that, but it doesn't make sense if you are only staying a few days.
Hopefully they can address the minor issues, but the noise problem probably can't be fixed unless you only use 1 bedroom. (Note: noise may be different in Winter, when the rooftop bar probably isn't hopping).
