Our room was on the top floor with access by stairs with high risers. The double bedroom was small with only one bedside table and no cupboards and only one stool so it is best suited to a one night stay. The room was clean and tidy with again the charm of an uneven floor which is not a problem just be aware. As the room is close to the roof it can get very warm...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here overall, but the experience was bookended by two entirely different worlds. Check-in on the afternoon of 18 August was an absolute breeze—the receptionist who assisted me was a proper professional, welcoming and efficient, setting a cracking first impression.
