I’m very glad we picked this lovely cottage which was well located in a beautiful town. It was great having the possibility of sitting outside. Very easy to communicate with Jane and get quick responses. It was a great stay.

The location is up a steep street from the train station, and there are stairs up to the entry, and very narrow and steep stairs to the sleeping floor, so it would not be good for someone with mobility issues. My traveling companion had an issue with a pulled muscle in her leg and it was very hard for her to get up and down the stairs. It was also an issue getting my rolling suitcase up to the bedroom. The internet was a bit uneven- I had issues with it cutting out for no apparent reason. Other than that, everything was fine. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, there were basic supplies- oil for the frying pans, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee and some herbs. The washer worked well, but there was no dryer- the usual situation in much of the UK- however, since it was a warm day we hung our clothing out on the line- there is a good line, clothes pins, and a drying rack- and everything dried well. It’s a short walk to the center of town, and you can walk to anywhere in Conwy in a few minutes because the town is very small. The cottage is only a couple of blocks from an access point to the town walls, and from the wall it’s basically one long block to the town center. We didn’t have a car, but there is parking space available if we had arrived in one. Our hostess was very responsive to my questions about various things.

Well equipped lovely home

We enjoyed our stay emensely. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom and living room were comfortable. Nice outdoor space also. Easy walk to everything. Would stay there again.

We had such a lovely stay at this cosy cottage in Conwy. Jane is such a great host, with excellent info about the check-in, cottage and local area. The bed was super comfy and I had the best sleep in ages! The cottage is just a short walk to all Conwy has to offer, and a great base for other local towns.

Great stay in Conwy

The accommodation was clean, cosy and comfortable. Good facilities and the hosts were extremely helpful and very friendly. Excellent communication and information. In a quiet location within a few minutes of the town centre. Parking was a little tight and required some manoeuvring but not too bad once established. Overall, a nice property and a good base for visiting obey and surrounding area.

Absolute little gem, would just like to reiterate all the previous positve comments. Felt like being at home, every amenity catered for, spotless, lots of extras, great location for so many areas. Only 5 mins into Conway but quiet area. The hosts were fab, communication and info re cottage, area etc absolutely great. Would highly recommend and will be returning although I suspect the cottage may be in high demand.

We had a lovely stay. Everything about the cottage was perfect. Really good provisions, everything you need. The owners are wonderful and so hellpful. The location is fantastic. We've stayed in the area multiple times and this is a new favorite. Well definitely be back again!

Conway guest house

The property was great. Clean throughout and comfortable. lovely shower and amenities just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Info from host was great with little helpful messages around the house for things like TV, WiFi and heating. Communication with the host was great. From booking through to just before and checking out was amazing down to some milk being left for us on arrival. All lovely touches. Will definitely be back again.

Lovely property, but difficult parking

The property itself was very pleasant. Clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the parking was for the most part genuinely impossible. The property is on a hill and the street is just barely two cars wide. Cars parked on either side of the road (although not opposite each other) and the very small "turning" spaces half way down and at the end were often parked in. This meant that parking was actually several blocks away and required a nominal "pay and display" cost. In the long run, it was worth it, but I would really have liked to know about the parking ahead of time. Again, the house was comfortable, pleasantly decorated, and had an excellent kitchen. Parking was the only issue.

Comfortable, clean and cosy

Communication from Jane from point of booking until the end of our stay was excellent. The accommodation was perfect. Comfortable, clean and cosy. Nice to have flannels provided and plenty of blankets. Whilst the house was snug and warm, I do like to cosy up under a blanket in the evening. The bed was comfortable and shower excellent. We parked directly outside the property with no issues and only moved the car once, to visit the Welsh Mountain Zoo. We took the train for day trips. It’s just a short stroll from the property into the town. Looking to eat out? LS coffee shop during the day, and Jalsa for takeaway (or eat in) on an evening. Both are excellent.

Just Perfect

We stayed here 10th-13th Nov. Loved it from the minute we walked through the door. It is spotlessly clean and the decor is just lovely. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and again everything nice and clean, Contact with Jane who owns the cottage is so easy, send an e mail and she responds straight away. The location is brilliant, just a short walk into Conway. There is nothing i would change about our holiday, except maybe stay longer next time. It is the perfect little cottage for a quiet break and we will definitely return if Jane will have us. Xx

Lovely cottage

My partner and I have just had a 3 night stay in this lovely cottage. It has everything you need for your getaway and is very comfortable all round. Home from home. There are also extras which you wouldn't normally expect - hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, sauces & cooking oil to name a few. There is a lovely little courtyard, for the summer months. The communication to the owners was so simple and they responded almost immediately. Parking is a little tight but was not a problem for us. The Cottage is in a great spot, so quiet and peaceful, perfect for couples and just few minutes walk to the town where there is shops, bars, pubs and harbour. The castle walls are a must to see the whole town, the castle and the harbour. Would highly recommend staying here and if we plan to visit the area again we will definitely re book.

Lovely, clean little cottage in Conwy. Close to loads of attractions and beautiful scenery. Owners were great with communication and cottage so well equipped for a week away. Would recommend.
