A great find! The house is older, but well kept and clean. The view of the river is beautiful. The host clearly went out of their way to make you feel at home- fresh flowers on the tables, all the soaps, lotions, dish detergent, etc you could need, plenty of towels and sheets. Dishes, glasses, cookware, etc was all new, plentiful and clean, plenty of silverware, as well. We've stayed in so many "bare bones" house rentals, but this was the opposite. Such a breath of fresh air! The host was communicative and quick to reapond (though we didn't have anything urgent to discuss, it was still nice to know they were available easily!). Will definitely stay again, and will tell friends that visit the area to check out availability too! Thank you!

This was a great home for our family and our dog. Very clean. Kitchen had it all! Close to everything but still felt like you were in the woods. Loved the pellet stove after a day on the slopes! My adult children had a blast. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy the house in the warmer weather

Amazing view of the river from the property and windows-loved seeing the fall foliage. Fresh flowers and pumpkins were left to make us feel even more at home. Great communication allowed us to find the property and how to use every detail of the home. Was spectacular! Would love to come back in the summer to kayak or use the river! Thanks so much!

The best spot in Conway

Rich has the house equipped to the max. Just about anything you might need is here. Plenty of room for a gathering. Beautiful spot down by the saco that has a firepit. Also a wood firepit in the backyard with a propane one out front. Very well maintained property! Great for the tubing as its located just over the covered bridge from a public in or out on the saco. We will be back

We loved being able to hear the river out the bedroom and sunroom windows. Even our kids loved sitting in there. We loved walking across the covered bridge to play in the river. Our kids are already begging to return. Thank you!

Incredible location. PERFECT for family!

The river, covered bridge so picturesque. Cranmore 15 min away. Shops close by for anything you could want. It was perfect for our winter vacation with 6 kids ages 7-15. Really enjoyed our stay. Last day with light snow, perfect ending! Rich was incredible host and very accommodating! Pleasure to work with!

So much more than expected!

One night getaway

This home was amazing for a weekend up north. Close to the center of town and a lot of amazing sightseeing. The house was clean, stocked and he was great at communicating everything about the property and was easy to reach. Slept 8 people comfortably and had everything we could possibly need.
