The toilet didn’t work in the room and when I called to have it fixed, nobody ever came. This was my second time staying here, and overall a good experience and I will stay again.

I love this hotel in Conway, SC. MY daughter attends Coastal so when I visit I choose this hotel. It’s close to her, it’s new, it’s clean, and staff are so friendly. Hard to come by these days!! Plan on booking again!!!

Coastal Carolina visit
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so friendly, especially the women who were working the breakfast area. They made our day.

Great location. Stayed for campus tour at CCU. Friendly staff, ample choices for breakfast, beautiful decor.
Did not like the mattresses or pillows.

The property and room were very clean. Very friendly staff at the front desk, for both check-in and check-out and the lady helping at the continental breakfast was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there.

Checked in pretty fast and service was fine. Nice place to stay . The only thing i didn't like was that the ac/heating unit fan ran all nite and would not shut off.
