Nice staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast lady very sweet. The only (not really a complaint) was a musty smell in our room otherwise I’ll will be back.

Stickers all over the room saying the room will only be serviced if you request it to be done. We stayed two days and three nights. Our room had a very pathetic clean up done each day. Evidence by new towels in bathroom and sheets pulled up on bed. We did not expect them in the room so didn’t really care how things were left in the room. We took our valuables with us so just clothes, some snack food items, and our toiletries. Did not expect on day 1 for them to come in. Really was not expecting them to decide to look through our stuff. I am sure they were disappointed not to find something of value or money left in the room. I do hope they enjoyed the cookies and bag of chips that they ate.

It’s not a good start when you show up at check-in at 3:40 and they have no rooms ready. Fortunately we only had to wait about 24 more minutes… and got a room right next to the elevator. Noisy all night. One ice machine, on the first floor. “Suites?” Not really.

Average at best. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with low expectations, this is it. The rooms are clean-ish, but there are some issues, like pretty stained furniture and a slow-draining tub shower. There are signs all over saying they are not cleaning your room unless you ask for it; however, when I was out of my room for the day, even with the do not disturb card in the card slot, someone definitely came into my room and replaced towels and pulled my sheets up which was really shocking and a bit scary to come back to after being gone all day. The woman at the front desk made it seem like we were putting her out when we checked in. They didn't have one of my Expedia reservations, even though I showed her the booking, so we had to book a room there, and they didn't honor the price quoted in my reservation. Again, nothing crazy bad or wrong, just little things that added up to make the stay average at best.

Very clean, very nice front desk lady who worked with me on a slightly early check-in, clean, comfortable bed. Did not stay for breakfast, but everything else I can vouch for. Will definitely stay here again!!

There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Between a barking dog and the bed on the floor above me (that was very squeaky) I had a hard time going to sleep. Waking up to housekeeping vacuuming the hall directly in front of my door was not the wake up alarm I’d envisioned. Overall, this is not a bad place to stay. Conveniently located off the interstate in a safe area and near to Walmart and several dining options.

Choice memeber arrested for late check out.
The lady at front desk called the police and wouldn't let me pay to stay another night because it was 30 mins past checkout. Woke up to first responders at my door at 11:30. Went to pay for another day And was told I was barred and couldn't rent there anymore. Never got my $150 deposit back either. Police wouldn't even let me ask about it.

Arrested and barred for late check out.
The lady at the front desk called the police because I was 30 minutes late for check out. I told her I was about to come downstairs to pay and she told me that I wasn't allowed to rent anymore and they kept my $150 deposit. I woke up to the first responders at my door at 11:30 because I overslept. Worst experience I have had staying at any hotel. Had stayed overnight by myself just to treat myself and got humiliated and banned from the property without my deposit.

Hotel was nice and clean. Everything you’d expect from a comfort inn. However, the staff had condescending sarcasm remarks and attitudes. The roof was being replaced all parking around the building marked off for roofing. No truck or RV parking because of it. $30 pet fee per dog PLUS $50 damage deposit. Doesn’t accept ESA pets as service animals.

The Hotel for the Price is Good. My issue arose my first night. i arrived a bit early. the lady at the counter was very nice and allowed me to check in early. I went to my room. Did some work on my computer (the wifi worked well.) after eating diner and going to sleep. At 12:30 AM someone opened my door and walked in. Upon realizing they shouldnt be there the person quickly closed the door and left. I then get a call from the front desk asking who i am and why i am in that room...... So i finally fell asleep after that ordeal. When i went down for breakfast (which was hot and fresh) the entire staff was eating and cutting up. After i ate and returned to my room my room card wouldnt work. had to go back downstairs and ask them to remake the card. i was once again told that i wasnt supposed to be in that room.

There was no actual power outlet where the table and coffee maker had been placed. I moved both for my convenience, it was just awkward.

Room was clean but bed/mattress needed updating, floor squeaked and was loud when walked, furniture in room like the desk chair was well used and could use an update as well. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.
