This trip was booked for a short winter stay. Arrived late Friday night after having dinner in Eagle River. The deiveway to the cabin jad not been plowed and feared of getting stuck. Got into the cabin and then realized there was no toliet paper, owner had sent a message prior stating there would be 2 rolls. Too late now to go 20 minutes back to town and try to get back. Next day sent message to the owner stating the driveway had not been plowed and no toliet paper. Owner stated they have a plow service, and cleaning people must not have left it. Would attach the message if i could. Did not offer any solution. Later received message that plow would arrive in the morning, day of departure. Was woke up at 7am to plow truck..yay! I understand that i booked a cabin in the winter, however as a responsible property owner, you should have made sure your guest was able to access the rental. Or warn people property may not be plowed or shoveled so they are prepared. Did not feel owner was apologetic or tried to resolve the issue. You should probably state there is NO toliet paper, that way if there is some left it would be a bonus. Sheets were pilled and scratchy. Cabin setting to me felt cramped. As there are 4 cabins you can see off back deck. Would not book again. Did take pictures of property, unable to upload.
