Right from the time we walked into reception- unfriendly welcome (if you could call it that), I’ve been made to feel more welcome at a country motel! Facilities and room were great, however the staff could use some training in hospitality. A smile or two would’ve been welcome.

Great setting. Can walk to 8th hole for beach access (not patrolled). Good restaurant downstairs open on weekends.

Fantastic stay. Very clean, modern and spacious. Best place we have stayed since lockdown ended. Better than Peppers or Novotel resorts. Whole family loved it. We will be back.

Service was very good. Very welcoming & helpful. Nice quiet environment and good parking. Armchairs were uncomfortable & outdated.

Hi, Thankyou for your feedback. Unfortunately we were upgrading all the couches last year and COVID stepped in, and delayed our delivery by 9 months. Hopefully they will be here next time you stay. BHR Team

The property was relaxing and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. However, it is difficult to give a full review of what this accommodation has to offer due to the CoVid restricitions.

Very firm bed so ended up sleeping on the couch. It would have added a nice touch if the heating was on a little before we arrived as room was quite cold.

Great place to stay. Right near the golf course. Club was great. Drinks are expensive, but that’s like that everywhere. Place would benefit from an outdoor spa for winter time. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

The location of the resort was excellent. Our room overlooked the driving range. There was a lot of nature to enjoy from our room, which was lovely. However, I do have problems with privacy with rooms. The blinds for the kitchen window is not fully opaque. This means that any relatively tall person can peek into the entire kitchen and living room from the outside. This is worse in the evenings when the lights are on. We were uncomfortable lounging in the living room due to the lack of privacy offered by the kitchen blinds.

Great stay
Modern Property among the Barwon Heads Golf Course. Apartment style clean and comfortable. We got a early check in which was great,with friendly service and a upgrade which was really nice. Short drive to town and would return.

Great location great price.
Loved the place it was excellent value for money. Location was great and very peaceful. The only issues was the couch was very uncomfortable and the WiFi was very slow.

Hassle free check in even when late. Perfect for what we needed and very nice to go out onto the balcony and look out at the golf course with a cuppa in the morning.
