A hidden gem. I’ve stayed there around this time for the last three years and this place never lets me down. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which makes the check-in process smooth and easy. The room is always clean and provides ample space. I finally noticed the walls are a little thin on this last stay, but nothing major. The complementary breakfast is solid and included in the cost. The only downside is the parking lot is gravel and has several pot holes. But it seems like they are building a covered and paved parking lot soon. I will happily be booking and staying here next May.

The moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and check-in was smooth. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and had all the amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was very good. They had plenty to choose from. The lobby area was spacious, clean and comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Superb hotel with friendly staff and excellent amenities.. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast is included and includes eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereals and pastries.. lots of options.. very modest pricing for the room which includes a lot of extras.. Will definately stay here again when we come back to the area 😊

Nicest Comfort Inn that I’ve visited. Very clean, friendly staff. It’s a little tricky to get to, and several parcels around the hotel are under construction. Really great hotel experience.

We were in the midst of a bike trip on the GAP trail and got stranded in Connellsville. Comfort Inn was a haven. They had all the amenities we could ask for and helped make an unfortunate situation comfortable and relaxing!

Property has no paved parking lot. Their parking lot was a muddy, gravel affair. Not acceptable, especially if you’re someone with a physical disability. Hot breakfast was meh. About half the time, the scrambled eggs were cold. Do you like hot showers? Then look elsewhere because the hot water lasted about 10 minutes before it turned cold. Mind that I was the only person staying in the room and using hot water which I did only once a day for a shower. Top that off with a slow drain, and you get the full crappy shower experience. Other than the bike trail, there are no amenities, restaurants or shops within walking distance from the property. If you have any incidentals such as for food or for a pet fee, I found that they didn’t offer a receipt or even a verbal notification when you check out. They just charged my card without any notification after I left. Stay clear of this property. Never again.

I appreciate your feedback but I'm sorry to know you were so displeased with your stay. When I checked you out on the morning of your departure, you never mentioned any of the issues you describe. I wish we had been given the opportunity to address them while you were here. We would have been happy to provide you with information on area attractions including restaurants and shopping which are within walking distance of the hotel. As well, we don't typically have any issues with lack of hot water, so although I'm not sure why you experienced that problem, we would have certainly had our maintenance staff resolve it for you along with the slow drain if we had been given the chance to do so. I agree that our parking situation needs improved, but the good news is that it will be done in the coming months. The lot will be reconfigured and paved in conjunction with the building of our new restaurant and Event Center currently under construction next to the hotel. We're doing our best to get it completed as quickly as possible. As far as the pet fee, since you booked and paid for your room & tax with a third party provider, you gave us your card at check-in for incidentals which includes the pet fee and so it was charged at check-out for that fee. I don't really understand your issue with your card being charged since you had a pet and you provided your card. But I would be happy to discuss this with you further if there is something I'm missing. Again, I truly apologize for your dissatisfaction and I hope we may be able to properly host you in the future.Best regards,Cheryl BabbitGeneral Manager

Small glitch but great!
Girls' trip from Friday to Sunday. Overall it was great! Sunday morning breakfast was not as smooth. Many of us were waiting for more food to be brought out which wouldn't have been a big deal but it would have been helpful to convey that they were aware and were prepping more food instead of leaving us all wondering. Otherwise it was a really lovely visit and I would definitely go back again!
