Abajo is located in a quiet, green setting on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera. The apartment is furnished for two people and features a private entrance and a lovely, sheltered porch under the wisteria.

Inside, Abajo is contemporary and thoughtfully decorated. It doesn’t feature typical Spanish decor, but rather natural tones combined with sea green, wood, and bamboo. The living room has a comfortable two-person sofa, a dining table for two, a Smart TV, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner stovetop, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, air fryer, electric kettle, juicer, and toaster.

The bedroom has a comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed, an open wardrobe, and a quiet ceiling fan. There is a private bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

But to be honest, much of life at Abajo takes place outdoors. The porch features two hammocks and a dining area. The wisteria and greenery provide natural shade, and in the evening, the mood lighting makes it a wonderful place to sit outside for hours.

The pool is located in the lush garden and is shared with the guests of our other apartment, Arriba. Around the pool are six lounge chairs with large umbrellas. We live on the property ourselves, but we do not use the pool when guests are staying here.

Thanks to Starlink, there is good Wi-Fi in the apartment as well as outside in the garden and by the pool.

AYA Conil is located away from the hustle and bustle of Conil. The beaches and the town center are easily accessible by car. Therefore, your own transportation is necessary. Parking is available on our own enclosed property.

We live on the property ourselves and are close by if you need us, but above all, we give our guests their privacy.

Abajo is a wonderful place for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet, the outdoors, and southern Spain together—with plenty of space to simply do nothing for a while.
