What a gem!

We came to Aspen and Matt’s house to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary as a big family of 11. My 73 year old father, who is hard to impress, was absolutely floored by this house, property, and the view. Even the 11 year old tween was impressed (even tougher to do)! The birds, the view, the swings and accessories for the kids, and the luxurious accommodations make this place 100 stars in our book! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, and we hope to make it back soon.

Beautiful home on a fantastic site, quiet, lots of birds to enjoy, Mountain View’s, wonderfully appointed, comfortable & welcoming, fully equipped. The hosts are exceptional in every way - excellent availability & communications, welcoming, lots of information on local activities & resources. We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years — this place tops all others!!! Everyone loved it!!

Perfect wedding weekend

We have stayed in many VRBO‘s, but this one was the most well thought out, and inviting home nestled up in the mountains. It had more amenities than you could ever dream of needing, and the views from the deck were spectacular. All of the girls spent each morning in the hot tub that was perfectly placed under the trees and watched the sunrise well overlooking pikes peak. We felt so welcomed, and truly had an amazing weekend, and definitely plan on returning to this fabulous home.

6 adults and 6 kids (7-15) all give Ft Figston 5 stars

Aspen & Matt’s place is just awesome. Location allows you to visit many CO sites like Red Rocks, Idaho Springs , Mt Evans & beyond in easy day trips. Coffee on the deck while kids ride the rope swing will be a memory for all of us. Within the house, there are so many touches that make you feel like home immediately. Thank you!

Perfect Setting

We were looking for a property to celebrate our friend's upcoming wedding. I fell in love with the photos of this property and quickly reserved it. Matt and Aspen were so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the reservation process, giving recommendations for local attractions and details about local grocery stores, restaurants, etc. As we arrived to the property, we were blown away. As beautiful as the pictures were, they didn't do the property any justice. The home is beautiful. The view from the deck is incredible. The master suite insane - the perfect sanctuary for a guest of honor. Even with 11 adult guests, the house felt spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for us to be together as a group, but also providing space for us to step away from the group to read, work, and/or exercise. The location of the home is perfect. Located in a beautiful and serene area, but with a short drive to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Matt and Aspen mentioned that they built the home of their dreams. Well, I appreciate them sharing that dream with us.

Incredible weekend in a beautiful home

6 adults spent the weekend in this beautiful location. The hosts made sure that check in/out was a piece of cake, and that we had everything we needed for our entire stay. All amenities were immaculate and in perfect working order as advertised. I cannot say enough good things, or recommend this property enough. A+++

A perfect Confier Chalet

We had a group of 4 couples staying at the property for New Years in 2021. Being one of the first guests of the property, we were extremely impressed with the accuracy of the listing and photos provided. With this being the host's primary residence, the property felt "homey" with all the finishing touches (and kitchen utensils) we all keep at our own homes. With comfortable beds, a spectacular view, and proximity to Denver, my group and I highly recommend this be your first choice property. We will be staying here again and have already referred two others to this listing for their future booking.

Perfect Christmas getaway

Truly enjoyed Aspen and Matt's private paradise. Breathtaking views with a great open floor plan. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for my family of 8. Room in the basement with bunk bed has great sleeping options for parents and kids. We were all gushing over the master suite and its amazing bathroom with soaker tub and massive shower. Kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs including appliances and cookware. Hosts went out of their way to make us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Hot tub is perfect and property is great for kids to run around and feel like they are really in the woods. We'll be back and can't say enough about how this house met all our needs and wants for a place to enjoy time with family. Thank you!!
